No place I called could give me a straight answer, but one of them recommended I reach out to Modern Lighting. They actually trialled my question on a lamp they had in house, so that I didn't have to drive to them until there was reasonable certainty they could do what I needed. They quoted me a price, and I went in the next day. Not only did they get the job done, it ended up costing less than their estimate. Very grateful to Jeff and the rest of the team that, in this day where there are few specialty experts anymore, they still exist and were super nice to boot!

I thought that people would still have their decorations up on Epiphany Sunday, but I guess not. It was just my wishful thinking. We did see one house with partial lights. The homeowner was in the process of taking down his decorations. Shucks. Maybe next time... It looks and sounds like a wonderful experience!
