I needed an 1/8" thick, 3.5" x 8" aluminum plate made with rounded edges and 5 holes drilled in specific spots To replace an old video intercom doorbell (which I left with them). Three weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything. I called last Friday, Feb 12 to see if it was done. I was told "No, I haven't done it yet... But I'll do it today." I never heard anything again. I dropped in this morning, Feb 22. And the doorbell I left is still sitting on the desk... no one has even looked at it. I told him I would just take it. "Oh, I can do it right now for you. It won't take long." Yeah, no! Sorry, you had a month to cut a rectangle and drill 5 holes. Sorry my little project wasn't important to you. It finally got caught big time and came right off and had to be zip tied on. It was a 14 year old car so I didn't want to spend too much money and I googled and found MP3. Their price was alot cheaper than the other guys and they told me where and how to buy my own parts to keep the price down. They repaired it and painted it for 40% less than the "other guys" and done fast efficiently and right on budget. I will definitely use them for anything else I have as they really did a great job. I really recommend them.
