Today was kind of a pumpkin day with the pumpkin spice almond milk, pumpkin seed protein and pumpkin seeds. There is alot of merchandise in a relatively small store. There is some fresh produce, breads, soup, crackers, cookies, detergents and some frozen items. This is a good place for special organic items. It can be a little pricy but the supplement items can last awhile. Be on the look out for sales, samples and you can join their rewards program and get a discount on your overall purchase.

Sugar, organic cane sugar and now I discovered coconut sugar messes up my arthritis something bad (all those sugars negatively affect my inflammation. All but Raw Chocolates, which WFM now carries. I buy Raw Dark Chocolate Maca & Cacao and it doesn't affect my arthritis at all. I have maybe one bar with a can of Zevia or Nixie twice a week. I feel like a normal person treating myself and have no negative physical ramifications. The parking at WFM is awesome. The restrooms are awesome. Indoor or outdoor seating. They have a great selection and good prices, but the best part is having knowledgeable people giving you advice on newest trends, laws, banned substances, etc. Give them a try and shop local!
