We look it up at home, have the price, use the Veteran's Discount (20%) stacked with the Wisdom Discount (10%) on Modern Flower and/or Roll One. Sheeze, it's on your web site!!!!! The customer service at this store is the absolute worst only comparable to their Winter Park location. The rudeness is unbelievable and don't bother saying anything they will simply tell you to go to a different dispensary. I am not going to give my business to a company of people that are rude and make me feel bad about myself. So I did find a new dispensary, AYR has been fantastic. Right around the corner from me and my workplace, I can honestly say I have little need to go anywhere else for my mmj needs. I love the set-up of this place; a big lobby area with a small fridge filled with free water. Check in, at least at this location, is never busy and it's simple. After a very brief wait, I am called back and guided to one of the waiting cashiers who are eager to help and knowledgeable about the product and efficient every time. read more

I love Trulieve but most of the staff at this location is rude as hell. I've never been treated the way I have here then at any other Trulieve, I recommend if you're going to go to Trulieve go to the East colonial location! The only good thing about this location is because it's new it has a decent amount of product but you get treated like garbage to go in and buy it. The only reason I gave it a 1 star was that it was close to my house. That's to bad as I will never go back to that location. The staff was rude and was very uneducated. I understand that it's tough to find good people but every time I go you are out of most items especially when on sale. The prices are the highest of any store and when I questioned about pricing I was treated like an idiot. It was a horrible experience. Many other stores had better selection and prices. I was treated very nicely by all the staff especially Jason! He's my man! I spent exactly 420$ on my first trip there and I plan on going back! Great deals and choices along with being a slower location it's great to get in and out if your in a rush! I did however have a few issues with my cards not wanting to work so for the smoothest purchase possible bring cash with you. I suffer from MS and cannabis is the only thing that offers me any relief from the pain. But I'm a novice to the many delivery systems. I went to Trulieve last Thursday in a great deal of pain to get my usual gels. I was a walk in instead of ordering online as usual. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. After a short wait I met with Ashley who helped me fill my order. She was very nice and extremely helpful. I had a question about resins and other types of cannabis because I don't like flower as smoking it is very hot in my opinion. Ashley told me there was another bud tender was was a real enthusiast on staff and she called over Malone (hope I remembered that correctly). He was a very knowledgeable person who took the time to explain the difference betweenness the delivery of resins versus vapes and capsules and answered all my questions. I always shop at Trulieve and across the board have had good experiences but I love my home store Oviedo. Always such wonderful customer service in a world where that is hard to come by these days.
