There is fresh seafood section, prepared meals, meats, specialty cheeses, organic produce, extensive cereal aisle, a large variety of dairy, non-dairy, vegan & gluten free products. I guess one could say that I have a love/hate relationship with Aldi, or at least a like/hate relationship with them. While they might present some good values to coincide with good quality, that is not always the case. I guess the best way to describe them is to compare them to an Odd Lots for supermarkets, buy what they can get a great deal on and offer it to their customer base (hopefully at a great price). There is nothing wrong with this business model, but it is not always for me. I also do not like that they do not have a phone in the store (allegedly to save money and pass the savings onto the consumer), have minimal employees working the checkout lanes which can make for a long line when you only have a few items, etc. Would I return here? Absolutely. Should Publix be concerned? Absolutely not.
