Considering they offer Dietz & Watson cold cuts, I guess the prices ain't too bad when compared to Publix, which offers mainly Boar's Head. The bakery department offers plenty of fresh baked and upmarket prepackaged breads too. Produce department, bulk items, plenty of frozen and dairy choices too. I won't spend $8 on a half gallon of "organic" milk or $6 on a half gallon of crappy Turkey Hill ice cream. I did find a lovely angus rump roast on sale and a 2# bag of organic carrots for just $3. So for less than $18 I have a beautiful pot roast dinner big enough for 4 people! Meanwhile, it is worthwhile to download their app and get their circular so as to find what they have on sale any given week. While they still ain't exactly cheap, you do get a lotta bang for your buck if you pay attention to their sales. It's much better quality than the local chain grocery stores...and seeing how the big green gorilla in the room is such a rip off...you may wind up coming out just as well here!
