I told Ebraheem I am coming over to pick up my order in person, and was told they won't make my sandwich because it was already sent out via Uber Eats. I said "I don't give a F- it was already sent out, I never got it" The guy hung up on me. I know it was bad to curse but I was flabbergasted, so I drove over there and what came next was genuinely unbelievable. I arrived and asked for my order and Ebraheem said "I was going to make your order, but since you cursed at me, I'm not going to. Would you like it if I called you a bitch and told you to get out or I would call the cops?" That is an INSANE thing to say to a customer when literally all I said was "I don't give an f-" I didn't call him anything or even shout, and I get called a bitch and threatened to have the cops called on me? What's worse is other employees were more than willing to make my sandwhich but Ebraheem would not let them. He said he won't make me the sandwich OR even give me a refund. He said he'll "work on getting me that refund on monday." It's saturday night right now, by the way. I feel robbed. I have no idea if they are going to ever give me a refund. I feel disrespected. I can't imagine what it must be like to be this incompetent only 10 minutes into your shift. I know Panera's RiSE program is supposed to address the fact they basically got lazy and greedy, but at this point I don't know if they can fix their product problems an a culture problem that has gotten this horrendous.
