I had 3 goals when I came to HEB on my lunch break. HeB had eggs at a great price and I stocked up, we eat a ton of eggs. This HEB is always well stocked but always crowded too. I made a great choice of time and came at the right time where the crowds were minimal. I got everything I needed in about 30 minutes because the store was well stocked. Shout out to the HEB app, it directed me to the exact aisle for the items I needed and there was even a map to show the approximate location on the shelf. Checkout was quick and easy, I used the regular register and not the self checkout but the guys were efficient and friendly.

Next day I come in the store different employee, but initially he said the same thing, that I may trade it for in-store credit, but after asking how that system worked he said "oh wait this bag is open, we can't do anything for you" I explained to him the other guy knew it was open and he said it was cool and he simply said "well he's new he was mistaken", simply said ok and left. Edited from 2 to 1 star. 1. One bowl... 2. I didn't want a refund I was told in-store credit. 3. I was informed due to it being opened I couldn't exchanged it, if the wording had been "you've consumed to much we can't refund/in store credit you" that would've been understandable, but that's not what happened.
