I informed him that I did and that I've given him ample time to resolve the issue. I asked numerous times about the status of my refund and he continues to argue with me and is now refusing to give me a refund since I wrote the BBB. This whole conversation is documented. Apparently, this is how to run an honest business. Such a respectful way to treat veterans. Good to know that when he said he gave me a refund, he never really did.
