I was brought here to use my birthday reward for a $2.20 ounce smoothie I got the strawberry shredder and the avocado toast. First off the avocado toast for Sick something which is very expensive compared to Dunkin' Donuts avocado toast. Also, as you can see, I was given the butt bread shaking my head. I have missed my smoothies since the holidays and traveling. At lunch, I ran, not walked to Smoothie King to get my strawberry lemon smoothie and a smoothie bowl. I chose the PB swizzle, which has peanut butter, granola, bananas, strawberries and normally blueberries. It has an açaí berry base which is a total delight, especially once I sit it in the freezer for a minute. I was disappointed that they did not have blueberries. Not a problem, I subbed them with mango and all was right with the world. Service was fast through the drive up window and I was on my way to smoothie heaven. read more

I would've left already if I wasn't blocked in by the concrete median. This is ridiculous. They are not letting people order inside, and there's a young girl standing in drive through line without a car waiting to order. ordered a 40 oz vanilla hulk this evening. drive thru, customer service was great and quick to take order, all with an upbeat attitude and smiles on all their faces at the window, even though it was busy with several customers, as well as them also being able to hear and understand me well thru the drive thru speaker, where some other drive thru places is hard for me or the cashier to hear and understand one another, however this was not the case here. one thing i dont like is that the way the store is setup is that when going thru the drive thru, the sun is driectly in your face and is annoying while waiting to pull up to the window. i wished the builders of the establishment had brought that into consideration when building this location. mark my work one day someone may rear end the person in front of them or even likely side swipe the building in the drive thru if not careful. in addition the exit of the drive thru wasnt planned out well either, as there is a lot of traffic at the exit, cars exiting from the other stores to your left, and cars exiting from behind you on your right side, from taco cabana, or the oil change place, or home depot, and last of all cars entering the entrance into the shopping strip and either turning in front of you to the left of you to access the other stores or turning in front or you to the right of you to access the bank or taco cabana, or lastly entering and passing to the right of you to access the oil change place, home depot or taco cabana. read more

The owner of this establishment from what I could tell runs a tight ship. He keeps the establishment clean and tidy, having the employees wipe down the counters pretty much after every smoothie that they make. I kind of felt like he was too strict on them. They are sweet kids and are just there to make some extra money. I ordered a carrot kale dream and a berry delight I believe it was called. Both smoothies were made to perfection. The only thing was my carrot kale dream had to get remade, but once it was remade it was perfect. Also I subbed out the regular protein for vegan protein and the owner said that he will charge in the future. I didn't like this because all of the other smoothie King's have no problems making that switch for me. Also, I didn't like that he gave the employee a hard time because she did not charge me. He did not speak to me directly. My advice to the owner would be to lighten up, you have a great business just make sure that your employees are comfortable and happy. read more

I've been going to Smoothie King since Monday every morning I go in there today order my drink and I noticed the managers staring me down giving me nasty looks wouldn't help me and the other girl came over and asked me what I needed for my order and she was on drive thru, I ordered my drink from her then he came over and took my money and said why are you in my store taking pictures and video and I said sir I took two pictures yesterday because I'm showing my progress on Facebook and he said well it's not allowed in the store and you were taking video and I said no sir I wasn't taking any videos I only took two pictures. He said yeah you did I saw it on the video on the surveillance and he's like you can't do that in my store and he walked away all mad so I said well I'm not coming here anymore and I went outside to my car and I was upset and I called my mom and while I was talking to her on the phone he was taking pictures of my car. I've been coming to this location for years and the owner has always been really nice. My concern is with the current team. I ordered a small 20oz and told the young woman that I have a coupon for another one. She read it and I then ordered another 20oz. I asked for caffeine in the Kiwi Breeze, she acknowledged the request. I get down to the other end to pay and I'm told that the price is +$16.00. No problem I hand over the coupon and my credit card. Comes back and it's +$12.00. Did I read the coupon correctly was it free or 50% off? I ask the question, but now the young woman is having a hard time understanding me. Okay, I am not trying to be upset about a smoothie. I suck it up and charge it to an education and just wait on my drinks. They show up and they are both 32oz. Starting to understand why I was charged more than anticipated. Still not going to be upset about a smoothie as this is a serious example of a first world problem. I then ask which one is the breeze as that one is mine and has the caffeine. The young woman tells me that they BOTH have caffeine. Not only was service great at this one, the two girls working 9/20/17 were phenomenal. They recommended a modification to my smoothie which made it twice as good, they joked with me, they didn't seem put off when I had to take a call, and they worked together better than any other smoothie king team that I've seen. Never in my life have I received such poor customer service. I had 6129 points in my smoothie king app which took me forever to collect. I was finally able to redeem it for my free smoothie. I waited until I was in front of the drive thru lady and clicked the offer and handed her my phone. She proceeded to use my 6000 points then charge me full price for the smoothie. When I inquired about it she said she did use my 6000 points (which the app reflected) so I asked her why did you charge me then? She said oh wait you wanted to use your points? I said yes and you just used them. She goes and grabs her manager (his name is Lyndell) who doesn't claim any responsibility whatsoever and blames everything on me. I told him exactly what I did and that he can check and see that 6000 points were just taken from me. He then started blaming the app and that I would have to contact customer support to get my points back and basically go through a big hassle. RATHER THAN JUST REFUND MY MONEY AND GIVE ME THE SMOOTHIE HE WANTED ME TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS FOR THEIR ERROR. I told him I was not going to do that and that I wanted my money back and will never visit a smoothie king again based on his practices. He stood their and argued with me. I legit asked for my money back about 20 times before he started to process it. He was incredibly patronizing the entire time. He then handed me my card and said it was done. I asked for a receipt. He said he didn't have one to give me. Are you kidding me? I got a receipt when I paid but not one when I want my money back? I was so glad we now had one by our house and me and my fiancé go by there quite frequently, I've never had a problem so how the owner acted today really suprised me. What the man said below me about the lack of customer service is completely correct. I pulled up to the window and I ordered my smoothie, he asked me if I would like a medium and I said no thanks just a small ( I never drink all of the medium and I end up wasting money). I pull up to the window and he hands me a medium and hands me my change and walks away, I finally signal him to come to the window and then I explain I ordered a small. He tells me no I ordered a medium, and I said no i declined the medium I specifically asked for a small, he just looks at me like he isn't going to do anything and yells in the back " didn't you hear medium" finally I try to hand him the change and the receipt and he looks at me and says "No, I need the smoothie" like I was trying to get the smoothie for free or something, completely insulting. He made such a big deal over nothing and treated me like crap! Kept arguing over nothing and never took responsibility.
