Heads-Up it is time for an update…read more While I was originally unimpressed the first two times I used their annual services to maintenance my sprinkler system that they installed, over the last few years it appears they have improved their processes and I haven't had any issues. They send annual email reminders now at the beginning and close of the season to schedule your routine sprinkler test and turn-on and turn-off (winterize) your system. Additionally, they're responsive to phone and email (email is preferred for me) and they have their individuals call when they are on the way so if they give you a window of a few hours you can still wander a bit away from the home and have about 15-30 minutes to get back. The individuals who have come out to my property have been polite and prompt and have listened to my needs and adjusted the timing schedule and showed me how to use and update the schedule if I want to make changes. No issues or complaints here. They are doing a good job and seem to have taken some of the feedback for improvement to heart.

The tree was nearly 50' and I was very concerned about letting just anyone cut that tree down, I wanted someone insured, very experienced to be sure no one got hurt plus had the right equipment to get it down safely. We also had outdoor structures out there and I didn't want any of those damaged. Once we decided it needed to come down for safety reasons we were lucky enough to be able to fit into their schedule and have now gotten it taken down. I have never seen such careful guys taking care of all our things, making sure to cause the least amount of disruption to our property as possible. He performed tree root surgery on my water line, moved multipe heads, replaced multiple heads, reconfigured the flow and spray, and made my life easier.
