The majority of the store features many supplements, neutriceuticals, bulk herbs and spices. If you seek a natural apothecary item this place is definitely the place to come. But if you are seeking to fill your home fridge and pantry with food staples I suggest you go over to the next strip shopping center 300' feet down Douglas to the Sprout's market.

I came in and spoke with Cameron who was super helpful in explaining what protein and aminos would be good for me. Everything tastes great, and I'm excited to incorporate them into my fitness routine. I went into Nutrishop and GNC and spoke with employees there and didn't get the answers or the explanations I was seeking. It was clear they didn't know the products they were selling. Cameron knows the products, he's nice, also (not relevant) but extremely good looking. There's also a kitten who roams the shop and is totes adorbes. I'm happy to start supporting this local business on a regular basis, they're the only independent shop I could find on yelp and I'm glad I came in.
