No email notification etc. After chatting with them several times, I kept being told it was due to them being "unable to verify my information" but they can't tell me what that information is? They then told me that someone would reach out to me - three separate chats - promising someone to call and reach out over weeks and it never happened. Then they were like just re-place the order - cool, but are you gonna honor the discount I got at the time? Of course not. Waited for another sell to happen and placed a second order and this one actually went thru (mind you, NONE of my information changed). I chose this location for pickup and it was ready promptly. My only criticism is that two of the items I ordered expire at or under a year time frame. I feel like products that are on these tighter timelines for expiration should be discounted to account for that. The rewards program is also a joke. You have to spend $125 to get $5 unless you spend $200 or $700 annually (from the time you hit that threshold forward) then its $5 for every $100 or $5 for every $84, respectfully. Gone are the days when rewards programs were actually rewarding. That means to get 4% back the quickest you spent at least $784 and only got back $30.

Eventually an employee came out (tall dude with a beard) and nodded at me. I asked if they had any Ghost disposables and he looked at the shelf and said "we got one" and looked at me so I asked what the strain was, he read the box and put it on the counter. I asked if they were expecting more stock soon (the young lady I spoke with on Friday said they were, so I was just trying to confirm) and he just said "hopefully". Okay, fair enough, so I said yeah, I will take it and the total came out to $50.00. My eyebrows raised a bit since that seemed kind of pricey but I paid and went on my way. The product itself was good, really enjoyed it, my rating is based on the experience and the lack of any real customer service. The overall feeling was "do you want it or not?"
