Found this store online yesterday and realized it was not too far from me, so I decided to take a ride and stop in. They had a product that I had been looking at for some time now and i was thrilled to have gotten that WITH A 10% new customer/local gym account discount ! Their dog, Raya, had me at hello! So sweet and friendly. The owners are also extremely welcoming and knowledgable. They know the supplement business and refuse to stock their store with anything less than the best. They can give you the manufacturing history of each product, ingredient details, etc... They clearly really do their homework before stocking a product and they also try the majority of the supplements themselves! Not like when you walk into a national nutrition store and ask "have you tried it?!" And you get a "ummm..no". These guys go the extra mile to provide quality supplements, that they can attest to, first-hand experience. Aside from all of that, they are so nice to talk to! If you are tired of dumping your dollars into products recommended from national chains that DO NOTHING, visit Steele House. They will change your attitude and outlook on the supplement business and will be able to recommend a product that is safe & effective!!

He was angry because I didn't respond to him when he offer to assist me but it felt like when he appeared it was to pretend he was checking something on the shelf but it felt more like he was there to watch us so I didn't respond. When I tried to explain my reasoning he made a scene and I was in disbelief of the unprofessionalism and he didn't care about not supporting his store. Well it work communication is everything and when you have ignorant owners you lose one customer at a time until the doors closed permanently.
