Not once was I offered home shipping to order what I have been wanting, I was just laughed at and told "there's no way you come here everyday to look" which if you look at the transaction history and the amount of points I have used I am indeed in there every single day Monday thru Friday. I have never had an issue with vitamin shoppe customer service the regular crew are always great but he needs much much training on customer service and how that works.
