I am a regular customer at vitamin shoppe, I frequent Monday thru Friday for an energy drink and protein bar. There have been some out of stock issue with their truck is what I am told which is totally okay and understandable but what is not okay is the terrible customer service I just received from the "manager" kyron I believe was his name (not sure how that would be spelled) letting me know "I am not a regular customer or else I would see they are not out of stock of the products often" which is a complete lie and not how you address a customer concern. Not once was I offered home shipping to order what I have been wanting, I was just laughed at and told "there's no way you come here everyday to look" which if you look at the transaction history and the amount of points I have used I am indeed in there every single day Monday thru Friday. I have never had an issue with vitamin shoppe customer service the regular crew are always great but he needs much much training on customer service and how that works. They are insanely knowledgeable on all their products and super helpful. I'm recovering from a surgery and don't have a clue what to take for weightlifting and they helped with every question I had! I even was about to buy them all individually and the guys saved me over $40 to buy a multi pack. I couldn't be happier with the service provided. read more

The Vitamin Shoppe has been my go to place for a long time. The staff at this location has always been friendly and very helpful. A couple of times that I had gone the inventory was a little lacking, however the last time I went everything was fully stocked. They have just about anything you could want and if not they offer to order it for you if it's available to them. All in all this is a great store with a friendly staff and fair prices. I went to GNC once and there's no comparison, the Vitamin Shoppe is the place to go! read more

As soon as I entered the store I was acknowledged by a very friendly and courteous associate. I wish I would have caught his name to mention him specifically. I am not a regular shopper and didn't know my way around the store. He walked me directly to the product I was looking for and rang me out promptly. Great service. read more

Good selection and ok prices! Two stars for that! However, that's it, no more stars! I walked in and needed to buy a bunch of stuff because I was out of everything. I also added new things to my list that my doctor had recommend. I had a lot of questions as it was my first time in the store and I was happy to see that I was the only customer! I really did need some one-on-one attention! There were three employees behind the counter and not one said hello or acknowledged me when I walked in.. no biggie, it happens. After I stared at one shelf for about 15 mins. right in front of the three employees who were engrossed in a lively conversation, I decided to just ask for help. The two guys were hanging on this young chicks every word. I walked to the front desk and waited patiently for what seemed like forever before I finally asked if I could get some help... that poor guy looked like he had just drawn the short straw and was disappointed that he had to be the one to leave their conversation. Don't get me wrong, he was REALLY nice! Very helpful, but there was no way he was about to ask if I needed anything else or if I had any other questions because he was itching to get back to the "gang". I was not as interesting apparently :( I ended up not getting everything I needed because I had questions and I couldn't find a few things. I felt bad asking because I knew they didn't want to help. It's too bad, because whole foods will probably get my business now. Vitamin Shoppe is easier to get in and out of and way less crowded. But at Whole Foods they go out of their way to help and answer questions. It would have taken someone less than 5mins to help me AND I was eyeing a sample on the counter, all they had to do was talk to me about it! I was ready to spend! I needed to stock up!
