She had been in pain management through her doctors for decades but wanted to try something more natural. We tried a couple of shops in town and were initially impressed with kratom just as a product having never tried it before(I also take Kratom to help with back pain due to a slipped/bulging disk). My wife eventually found Kratom NC and we were immediately enticed by the much lower prices he offered alone. Imagine our delight when after trying his product for the first time and finding out it's also twice as better as anything else we'd had. This alone is enough to make me a regular customer but Mike, the store owner, is the icing on the cake. He has a great wealth of knowledge and respect for the industry he operates in. Everything he sells he has tested on himself and can give you first person perspective on all of his products. He also truly cares about his customers. He knows how important his product is to some people (like my wife) who need it to operate on a daily basis. He even stayed as open and available as possible during and after hurricane Florence when most other places were closed for days. In conclusion, if you have the slightest inclination to try Kratom, CBD, Kava, etc. go to Kratom NC, he'll treat you right. There have been some out of stock issue with their truck is what I am told which is totally okay and understandable but what is not okay is the terrible customer service I just received from the "manager" kyron I believe was his name (not sure how that would be spelled) letting me know "I am not a regular customer or else I would see they are not out of stock of the products often" which is a complete lie and not how you address a customer concern. Not once was I offered home shipping to order what I have been wanting, I was just laughed at and told "there's no way you come here everyday to look" which if you look at the transaction history and the amount of points I have used I am indeed in there every single day Monday thru Friday. I have never had an issue with vitamin shoppe customer service the regular crew are always great but he needs much much training on customer service and how that works.
