Dr. Soni had me come into the office, dealt with an infection and then in a couple weeks after he had cleared the infection he performed a root canal. I was given too many "root canal" tales and was very nervous about the procedure. No pain and learned that this dentist is gentle and checked with me to ensure I was not in pain and comfortable, As a dentist he seems so empathetic, caring and very knowledgeable. He makes recommendations and gives options. The care I received was kind, caring and extremely professional. I have not had a lot of luck with dentists over the years but at this point I believe I have FINALLY found my forever dentist. I'm still getting bills! UPDATE: Within minutes of posting this I received a call from the billing department and the doctor had finally been contacted and agreed with me about the additional charges. The X-ray charge has been removed. I have changed this review from 1 star to 5. Be cautious when receiving additional charges from any dental billing department. My wife went in and they told her she needed 7 crowns which is where the finance person came into play. She just went to another very highly rated dentist in Wisconsin (We moved) and the dentist said everything looked good with no need for any crowns. 7 crowns was going to be over $12,000.
