I was delivered gut-wrenching news- two root canals were in my VERY near future. I also had a nasty infection. Dr. Ibrahim could sense my nervousness and put me at ease. She promised me a pain-free experience, and she delivered. I almost fell asleep during second root canal because I was so relaxed. I'm NOT exaggerating here, people. I now have a smile I'm proud of and just a few more preventative-maintenance appointments on my horizon. I had thought I was doomed to live the life of a slack-jawed yokel. I was even picking out banjos and developing a taste for wheat-stalks. Now I'm confident in my professional work environment. Her staff is top-notch as well. So years have gone by and I get a bill in the mail for over 200 dollars and they expect me to pay it despite their of attempts to EVER contact me. I have had the same phone number on file, all they had to do was call and I would have paid the bill. When I called to remedy the problem they gave zero apologies for their mistakes, and at this point I could not claim it on my dental insurance because a year had passed. I am so upset, they could have easily discounted the bill or made some accommodation but they did not. It is just bad business, I have three family members that need dental care and I had to take my business elsewhere because of this situation. They could have used service recovery to keep me and my family there but they chose to loose a perfectly good customer because they did not want to admit their mistakes. Wadsworth Dental in Beach Park is not the place to go unless you want surprise bills in the mail years later with no notification of the fact that you owe anything until it is to late.

And yet,.. here is one more star/medal/prize: I came to Dr. Cooper for consultation about my old failing/failed implants. He took an X-Ray, then did a CT scan, shared his findings with recommendations, and gave me a referral to the oral surgeon/implantologist. How much do they usually charge you for a consultation + X-Ray + CT scan? I know the answer, been there, done that, and your answer is wrong: Dr. Cooper charged me $0,.. Nothing! Can you believe that? I don't want people to print this review and show it to him, "You charged this guy $0, and I want the same price", but I just can't help yelling from the roof of the world's tallest tower, "This Doctor/Dentist must be from another planet where humanity, kindness, compassion, and decency still exists!" And, of course, his staff is always "top notch", and I suspect that the staff usually mimic the doctor, and I learned that in my long life spanning apx. 3 generations.
