On Saturday, April 12th, 2025 , I arrived around 9:15pm and was instantly complimented on my sneakers that I was wearing that day by Kayla S. She and I instantly clicked, we chatted about music , day to day life and cats. Her coworker Aaron joined in on our conversation, and it was super fun chatting with them both while Kayla helped me shop for the perfect products that I was looking for. I've never had one bad customer service experience at GNOME GROWN , however Kayla was just phenomenal at making sure that I got THE BEST experience that evening. I sporadically visit GNOME GROWN and I definitely recommend going there more frequently, I know I will be. I love the quality of their products. I have metal rods in my legs and I rely on the magical healing benefits of cannabis because it's the only thing that helps me with my chronic aches and pains. Kayla stayed within my $40 budget and signed me up for their loyalty program. I asked if I could take the free copies of OREGON LEAF with me and she even gave me this really cool metal GNOME GROWN pin as a thank you for coming in and having a fun time with her before they closed for the evening. Both products were remarkable with helping me relax when I got home. I slept like a baby and wasn't woken up in the middle of the night because of my leg spasms. All around amazing experience and if I could give 10 stars I would! I'm looking forward to visiting more often and also stopping back on 4/20 to see what cool stuff will be going on there. A small dispensary nestled in the middle of a neighborhood next to a donut shop... what could go right. Prices are on the high side $10-14/g but there's 20+ strains available for your choosing and the majority of these strains being superior. They have a loyalty program (or used to) but i'm only visiting so I had no interest. There were two bud tenders working when we arrived and no customers in the store. We were in and out in under five minutes with 4 separately packaged grams of different strains. I wish that this location had more options for edibles and cartridges, they seem mostly focused on curated flower. Good place! read more

I've had nothing but good experiences at this location. The budtenders have good recommendations and are patient with my indecisive self. Some of the deals I've gotten here are insane and they carry brands I like. Also, I had a cartridge that had a bad coil. They offered to replace it as long as I kept the packaging, and their tracking system keeps your purchases attached to your phone number. Super convenient. read more

I have been going to Gnome ever since they moved to there new location, and have had nothing but good things to say about then until now. Today I went in and they have a girl working there who was at first acting nicely, then when I wasn't happy with way they were handling my order. When I said I would talk to the owner later, she started acting rude. If this is how Gnome is doing Business now, I would not recommend anybody go to this store...ever. There are some other great shops in town other than Gnome with better service and prices. read more

The gnome is a nice little place the decor is awesome it's like a very Chic boutique unfortunately their attitude really sucks they market I shake at 29% THC and then after you purchase it you discovered it's 16.29 % THC and their attitude is we're out of it so it doesn't matter that we screwed up when asked why there's so much stem in their shake the response was it is what it is and their shakes started at $15 a half ounce and in a matter of weeks has consistently gone up to her now it's $25 a half ounce and that's the cheapest I carry now all in all the quality of the product is okay you can get better at different locations for way less money and a hell of a lot friendlier service from people that actually seem to care about the product and what they're selling you these guys just don't seem to give a damn it's just about the greenbacks!!!! read more
