I'm new to the area but I found this dispo on yelp and decided to check it out. I'm glad I did! The guy at the front desk was super nice and friendly, he even mentioned that we get a discount as first time customers! They were also playing That 70s Show up front which I love! Not only that but when we went inside there was no one pressuring you or trying to sell to you right away, we had time to look around and see their huge selection. (Something I'm not used to coming from Cali, they want you in and out and know exactly what you want. Super annoying) the atmosphere was cool and laid back. They also seem to have deals every day of the week (up on a board on the wall). The best part was after we finished paying they told us we can help ourselves to free redvines and a cup of soda from their machine!! I grabbed a card and was happy to see other locations! The tender Reilly didn't give me the discount on cheap ounce day. I think it's 15% off an ounce over $50. Payed $65 for the $65 ounce on cheap. Also since you can't measure and talk at the same time will you please measure first. I don't care about the customer you're talking about. I'm pretty sure I had points too... This information was not listed anywhere on their website and you won't find out until you take the time to drive to the store where they'll briefly mention it to you before you purchase. Had a great experience. Not the greatest parking lot, but walking in they have a great atmosphere. Great selection and my bud tender Nick was awesome. Absolutely horrible customer service up front. Talking under his breath as people wouldn't notice? Cussing under his breath as it was his fault he couldn't hear his name being called? Absolutely Disrespectful. Sales associates inside were welcoming to a point. I get with covid it's hard, but there is no reason to treat customers with disrespect as far as telling them anything about the 'blue line', be respectful not demanding. Not once would you expect it from seeing good reviews, etc. but clearly this place needs an attitude adjustment working with a ton of customers, along with customers waiting outside to go in being yelled at like a dog. Waited for 2 hours to get my curbside order and never received an update. Called multiple times starting at 9:26 to make sure they'd be out in time. They assured me every time that they'd be right out. The last time I called at 9:52 to try one last time they informed me that they were closing and didn't get to my order. I checked as many times as I possibly could and they still failed to fill an order scheduled for 8:15-9:15 by 10 pm. This is a great dispensary, possibly the best I've seen in the Portland area. From the moment you walk in, the staff are genuinely friendly, down to earth, and helpful. The atmosphere is warming and inviting. Beautiful, and extremely clean, very professional. Whoever designed the place is top notch, and extremely talented. Even has couches and a fireplace. I'm not kidding. I hadn't used cannabis in decades, and the folks that work there were really knowledgeable and helpful.
