I recommend you avoid them completely. Terrible rude workers who don't speak the language, no supervision or management, no care or quality in product, no work ethic, no customer service. We have had about 50% or more of the trees and plantings die that they have planted. The landscape on our house was a very poor quality. Very tiny root bound shrubs grasses and bushes. The trees were planted with the metal root cage still on them. They didn't even dig a hole to plant the trees. They just put it on the ground and mound dirt around it. We have had to replace or change most of what they've done. The landscape rock is not landscape rock but rock used for road base and asphalt. We are now watching them install the landscape for the two houses next door so we are reconfirming what we experienced. There is no supervisor on site and no one that speaks english to talk to when they purposely cut and pulled up our WiFi cable wire which was clearly marked and flagged and then proceeded to fix it themselves ( they had all the supplies) after we told them not to. They didn't even notice or consider the cable box on the side of our house they pulled off. With this situation we were unable to reach the owner and, again, had no supervisor to speak to. They have cheap labor, no knowledge of landscape, irrigation, landscape design, appropriate use and placement of plants or quality materials. We have had to redesign, replant, and move irrigation for our lot to just make sense. This company was hired by a family member and seems to receive the bulk if not all work from developer friends and family. They do not know, or care to know the landscaping business. The owner and wife don't even seem to manage it. It seems to just run itself.

this place is scammy as hell…read more.. i accidentally booked an appointment online looking for a simple quote. one king size mattress pickup. no problem, i called them and asked if i could get a quote for the service i just booked. she quotes me $149. not a great price but i guess it could be worse (spoiler, it DOES get worse). i mention the $20 discount that i receive for booking online. she tells me that i have to mention it to the driver when they get here. no problem. so i should be paying $129.00 day of, right? wrong. the driver shows up today and immediately says "so i have to charge you more money." of course you do. he tells me that even though i listed the pick up as "one king sized mattress" and that is what the quote is for he would still have to charge me a $30 mattress fee for him and his partner to remove it... so what was the first quote for in the first place? for you to just LOOK at my mattress? my quote is now $179 with their convenient little fee. he tells me that the call center that i spoke with in regards to my quote doesn't have the correct pricing or information, which sounds a lot like something YOU AS A COMPANY need to fix, not expect your customers to pay for in extra hidden scummy fees. he did honor my $20 off booking online coupon and he did remove the singular mattress that i asked for, which is why you get two stars. but your company is a scam and will do anything to pinch a buck out of unsuspecting customers. do better. disgusting customer care.

I'm not paid by this business, I'm not related, I didn't know the owners before I contacted them, no affiliation with the company, etc... Just my personal and honest review. I did a lot of research before I decided on a company to replace the roof on my 18yr old house. I read the reviews of roofers in the Fort Collins area, and this led me to call Pride for a quote and suggestions. I met with Christian, who was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the quote and the discussions we had on options for the project. He seemed genuinely excited about the project, and I felt very happy with the final decisions I made with lots of welcomed input from Christian. But, most importantly I didn't feel like I was being upsold or pressured at all. We were working together to reach my vision and cost for the project. I went with a high quality architectural shingle and steel front porch roofing. On the date of installation they came out, introduced themselves, and had my roof off and mostly completed within a day. They were very careful to schedule around possible rain and kept me updated on schedule, and I appreciate it as I'd rather have it done correctly than quickly. The end result is extremely impressive, see the pictures. I can't say enough about how good of a job they did. Christian stayed connected with me throughout the project. Also Tanner and Jalen, project managers, were always willing to accommodate my requests, and I had many. The entire experience was very customer focused and the results show great attention to detail. After the job was completed I flew my drone up there to get pictures. I've already gotten neighbors and family asking who did my roof, who makes those shingles, etc... I'm so impressed I have already started talking to Christian about other upcoming construction jobs I'd like to do. I don't think you can go wrong with these guys if you have half the experience I had. They are top notch, using top quality products and very experienced crews, (I had a shingle crew and steel roofing crew). I will definitely be recommending them to everyone who asks, as well as using them again in the future.

okay, i am almost too afraid to write this review, as the businesses that provide Handyman services…read morein this town, are highly unresponsive, and certainly act as if they are doing YOU a favor, by even taking your call. it must be nice to have so much business that you can treat potential new customer so poorly. anyhow, Cesar, the owner of CMR, returned ,my e-mail in less than six hours with a phone call asking what he could do for me. he came to the house two days later and returned a bid less than two days later. amazing service for what has been my experience. yes there was a scheduling issue, that was his fault, but he took 10% off the final bill, to make up for that. so how was the work? the crew arrived right at 9 AM as they said they would and tore apart our shower, as we were afraid it was leaking. Cesar showed me that the drain pan was rusting out, and there was no water damage under the shower floor. he returned the next day and completed the work, and actually put things back together better than the original builders. the bill was more than reasonable and we are quite pleased with the courtesy that was shown to us, the manner in which they left the bathroom when they finished, both for the day and the task itself, it was IMMACULATE, no clean-up left for us to do. although i hate to do it, i would recommend Cesar and his crew to any homeowner like me, who lacks the necessary skills to do much more than changing a light-bulb. all in all, we will be calling them again, when we need more work done around the house.

Two Alair homes going up simultaneously in our subdivision outside Berthoud, Co…read more The Alair homes have been under construction longer than any others in the subdivision and have been eyesores. They frequently take weeks long breaks in construction during "fragile" stages. The house wrap on both houses as well as roof water shield we're shredded by wind as the builder disappeared for weeks. They not only trash out the lots under construction but also have contributed massively to debris in the surrounding neighborhood. I'm surprised they leave their builder sign up - their lack of professionalism should embarrass them. I guess when the building trade is busy, they figure they can slack off without repercussion.

We were looking to put an addition on our home to add a Mother-In-Law Suite with a Shop Garage onto…read moreour house. Pat and Dawn from Alair met with us in the Fall of 2017 to start the planning process and spent a lot of time working with us to understand our goals for this build, and to manage our expectations throughout the process. As we moved forward, they brought in an architect and engineering team that they felt would align well with our goals. We finished the design relatively quickly through the winter with plans to break ground in the spring of 2018. Over the winter Pat and Dawn did a ton of work getting multiple quotes for every step of the build, and walked through every one with us to recommend their preferred contractors and what the pros/cons were to every single quote on every piece of the build. Throughout the whole process their communication was fantastic and extremely well organized.. When we did break ground, it seemed like something big and new was happening every day during the build. The Alair team built the schedule from beginning to end, and managed to stay extremely close to that schedule throughout the entire build. Pat and Dawn were both always quick to update us on what was happening and ensure that our feedback was taken into account quickly if anything wasn't quite right. Most impressively, the subcontractors they brought in all had nothing but great things to say about working with Alair and how organized and thorough their plans were. Were there hiccups along the way? Sure, we had a few minor delays, a few mistakes translating the plan to the build, but everything was solved quickly by Pat and Dawn and the end result was absolutely fantastic. The Alair team was always up front communicating everything that was going on and came up with a solid action plan for solving every hiccup. I would without hesitation work with them again on another home build or any project.

Do not hire Paramount Remodeling Company if you want your remodel to look nice, be finished on…read moretime, or not be charged for their mistakes at the end of the project. We had Paramount Remodeling Company do a full remodel on our kitchen, dining room, and living room. Issues that we had throughout the project: - They ordered the wrong kitchen cabinets, including a) not ordering enough length to allow us to put 2 barstools across one edge of the counter as we'd planned, and b) not ordering a lazy susan cupboard for the blind corner cabinet. They did not apologize, give a refund, or offer to purchase an after-market lazy susan-type pullout. Now I have to physically climb into the cabinet any time I need to get something out of the back of the cabinet. - They left large gouges and scratches all over the kitchen cabinets. - They ordered our white backsplash tiles from two die lots, and intermingled the two. They wanted to charge us extra to redo the backsplash all from a single die lot. While they ultimately didn't charge us for the labor, we did have to pay for a second batch of tile all in the same die lot. - They painted all of the walls without wiping them down, and after putting the wrong texture on them. There was hair, pine needles, rocks, wall mounts, nails, staples, and all sorts of things painted into the wall. We had to pay extra to get them to do another pass. - They did a terrible masking tape job on all of the places where the walls meet the floor boards, ceilings, etc. They had to do a second pass, and even still the lines are not neat. - It took them two weeks to finish the "touchups". Most days during that time they only showed up for about two hours in the afternoon, if they bothered to show up at all. The project ended up taking about 6 weeks longer to finish than it was supposed to, which is not including the two month stop-work order that the city put on our project due to issues with the bathroom remodel done by a different company that was not Paramount's fault. I've owned two other houses where I've done largescale remodels. This was by far the worst, which is saying something since on one of those other projects the project manager ended up having to stop working on the project and literally almost died because he had a lung collapse and kidney or liver failure.
