So I called head office to let them know what was going on and they got pissed off cause I called head office on them. Had my daughter's car for over three weeks. In all that time they called us once. All other communication was us calling them. So much more that went wrong but all and all I would never use this place again.so an update. My daughter has only had the car for a few hours and it's already breaking down. Totally Incompetent mechanics.another update. So they took the car back to look at it and said it's probably the intake manifold which is the warning on my computer that said was the problem. So they finally fixed that. Regional manager Bill was very accommodating and payed for our rental car during this process. But that does not excuse the fact that I don't think we needed a new engine after all. And they refuse to give me any information about where they bought the engine from so I can research it.pretty sure that's why they don't want me to call the place where they got the engine from. The drain plug is stripped and it is not an inexpensive fix. I suggest you go back and see if they will take care of you." Upon my return after explaining my situation, not only was the owner rude and shouting from his office desk, he refused to even look at my vehicle saying, "How do I know that I was the last shop to work on it? You have 24 hours to complain after a job..." Looks like my 25 dollar oil change is going to cost me a new 800 dollar oil pan change. I was more than a little upset when leaving. Integrity matters and I feel this guy has very little.
