I had to go to a meeting, so I paid them before they cleaned my living room (large room), and they had only cleaned one window. They left about 45 minutes after my meeting started and did not clean the living room. I have pictures if I need to add them. We have 5 dogs and told them beforehand and told them it was a little over 1900 sq ft, and they priced it, not me. I contacted the owner to let them know they did not complete the job, and she did not offer to come to look or finish the job or return any of our money. I feel like I was cheated because I had to pay before they were finished. Our carpet had dog hair all on it, windows were not cleaned, and none of the doors were washed. Please do not use this service; I hate to say that they were nice people but did not do the job they were paid to do.

Furniture was placed in the wrong rooms, boxes were not adequately cared for - there was tens of thousands worth of damage to antiques and glassware, glass table tops were broken and damaged, and some wood furniture was broken.
