Well, that was great advice, because the gasket was still leaking when we got to Yakima. We called first thing Saturday morning and Ashley answered the phone and got us right in . After about 45 minutes we had a new gasket and no more leak and at a very reasonable price. It's this kind of friendly service and a real desire to help people that makes a business successful. Car Dealers, like all other businesses, provide a service that many others provide. Problem is, that this firm tends to prey on folks. I am sure that it is possible to get a good deal here - but these folks are masters of all the gross things that we hear and experience when buying a vehicle - and it just shouldn't be this way. I was transparent. Told them my downpayment, my wish and must have list, and what I was hoping to do up front. With that I found (I found - not they helped me find) three vehicles that would work. They would not divulge the price of the vehicle (red flag #1), and when I found out the price, and considered the other (and less expensive) vehicles that I chose, they told me that those vehicles were in accidents, and that I should shy away from them. (Red Flag #2). They continued to avoid the price, and when it came to my trade, they valued it at auction prices - NOT KBB, Nada, Edmunds, or others of what the vehicles trade value was - and they refused to move on the price of either vehicle (Red Flag #3). I should have exited, but I got caught up in the game. Then after all this - they would not let me take the car home (it hadn't been safety checked. The following business day they screwed around with getting the car ready. At this point, I attempted to back out of the scheme, but they stated that I had already bought the car. Here it is a week later, and I am returning the car. The bank wouldn't finance it (because they had "put too much cream in the deal" - my brother is a banker - just not auto loans). I've had the car for a week. And now I am returning it. Yes, it has been stressful, but more to the point - completely unnecessary. Rather than take in to consideration my time, and all the points, this firm (and their sister up the street) chose greed over a sale. I am not sad. I learned a valuable lesson, and they lost a customer.

Said they put it in for a repair order. Never heard back from them, called to find out what was going on and they told me the hinges were on back order. Ok great I confirm that I'm still covered if the back order takes too long, they confirm it's from the day I submitted it. I call monthly for over a year to check on the status and it's to the point where my 5 years is up. I call up again one day and they say the order has expired and we need to resubmit the request I drive back down there and they take new photos and submit. A day or so later they call and say it's out of warranty and jeep won't fix it. I say are you kidding me I've waited over a year for this and you guys are the ones saying it's on back order and I would be covered. They give me the jeep cares customer service number because "there is nothing we can do because you're out of warranty". I call Jeep cares I argue with them for weeks about it but they say that the dealership never submitted the initial photos (like zero record, they were able to pull up a previous oil change for reference). I told them the people I've talked to for over a year on this and that they are witnesses to me taking it in. The service managers name was Rory, and I talked with Sergio each time. But because they never submitted the paperwork and photos I am on my own for Jeeps shitty quality and the dealership totally dropping the ball.

The Order of Saint Patrick, a Catholic 201c3 dedicated to providing a safe living space for veterans in a tiny home community, issued a check for $5000 as a downpayment on the $9000 price. We also bought a warranty for $3000. They had us finance the loan through their bank and not ours. We drove the vehicle home and found there were serious issues with the vehicle. We returned and rather than turning the vehicle back to them, they agreed to have repairs made at their Ford dealership in Moses Lake, WA. That dealership had the vehicle for three weeks after we went through a fiasco where the appointment had been made at their Chevrolet dealership in Moses Lake (who said they could not work on the vehicle. and sent us over to the Ford dealership instead). We retrieved the vehicle three weeks later only to discover the repairs had not been made. Bud Clary Toyora was confronted with the evidence and facts, they then agreed to have the vehicle repaired at the East Wenatchee Ford dealership, calling to make the appointment and guaranteed payment. Once diagnostics was completed and the estimate of repairs was given to Bud Clary Toyota, they became a ghost. To make a long story short, we have found it necessary to file a lawsuit in Grant County Washington State against this dealership and have a court date. We strongly suggest you not put your hard-earned cash into the hands of a company that would steal from veterans and God.
