I went to Better All as they had a very reputable name around town. I test drove a few cars. Picked one and noticed a leak. They assured me it was nothing and even wrote me a warranty on it. The transmission ended up having some issues roughly 3 weeks in and we took it back. They repaired it and on the road I went. 2 weeks went by and as I went to-take my son to soccer I noticed transmission fluid under my car a huge puddle. Called better all and they got me in for Monday at 9:30 am. They looked at the vehicle and explained several times it was probably nothing they did. I have several years of mechanical experience and access to the diagrams and repair procedures. I had proof the part leaking was from a component that removed a few weeks ago. The lady was a little embarrassed when I proved her wrong and even the shop mechanic said "the part could leak after the component was removed and replaced" I still don't understand why they didn't use a new seal. Then also noted that they would not honor our warranty THEY gave us and we ended up being charged $135. They also did not ask if I wanted the work done. Then put the old seal back in and charged the diagnostic fee of $135. For the problem we diagnosed. Had verified and brought back to them. They also did not call me to tell me my car had been done for hours stating they did not have my contact information..... but I'm in the system as I bought the car there. It was a great experience up until they wouldn't take accountability on their work and they wouldn't honor the warranty they gave us. Not actually my experience, but rather my son. My son referred to Better All Auto Sales by a close and dear friend, which ended up being the best meeting of his life. All he wanted was someone to answer the lurking questions about price, credit, and financing. Sure, he went to his own bank, but they made him feel meaningless and unimportant failing to answer just three simple questions. Upon arriving at Better All Auto Sales, he was greeted and asked a few questions about his buying preference, later he met the owner and that's when all his headaches ended. Owner sat down with him for over an hour and went over the types of cars that were in his selected price range, the down payment needed as well as a list of financing agencies who would assist him. Brought all the information home, we went over the various payment options and two days later we went back, low and behold he found a great car, with a suitable downpayment and a sincere financing agency with terms he could afford. Hello everyone, I want to start this off by saying a 1 star review is GENEROUS for what this place is worth. I went to better all to get a new truck a little over 2 months ago. Shoutout to Adan, he was super helpful and understanding about what I wanted, that is the only good part about this review. I purchased a 2005 ram 3500 for $20,000 with 157k on it, I checked the vehicles fluids and did standard tests on it, It seemed to do just fine until after purchasing. As soon as I left the dealership with my new truck it immediately started overheating and the idle began to hang on the deceleration. (Not even 3 miles away from the dealer) I turned around and brought it back and they said they will not let me return it but they said they would fix it and bring it to my house when finished, so I gave them a chance to make the situation right. Not only did it take over a month for them to replace a handful of easy parts, it turned out they did not properly fix the issue. When the time came to get my truck I had to go back to the dealer even after they said they would bring it to me once fixed. The truck ran and drove great... for 2 days. I noticed the rpm drag was back and it was starting to run a little bit hotter, I tore into the truck a bit and found out that they had lied about some of the parts that were "replaced" on the truck and they hadn't properly fixed the cooling fan which led to further electrical issues, they left dozens of connections and sensors undone and for some reason there inexperienced mechanics replaced the PCM instead of the destroyed wire connections that ultimately led my truck to short out and break down completely yesterday. I've been trying to get in touch with the manager (again) but he has been ducking my calls. If you look at there business profile you will see their are many reports of failure to respond to complaints. This place is sketchy, unprofessional and the manager is a coward. I'm begging you please stay away from here unless your willing to spend a lot of money on parts for your car. read more

The worst car experience I've ever had. I've bought a car in the past and they were accommodating and nice and helpful. This place was just a scam. I took the car I "bought" back to the dealership after driving it home and noticing a loud knocking, the car wasn't shifting and it made sounds as if something fell off the engine. so it was in the shop for weeks. their mechanic said "we don't feel this car is safe for you to drive". so when they called and said my car was ready, I said I didn't want that car. I wanted to get a different car that was safe. They insisted that I take it home and try it out for a few days. I explained to them that it was worse the gas pedal sticking amongst other things and I just wanted to get a different car. They weren't hearing that so I took the car and dropped it off with the keys under the seat. I tried to stay in touch with the salesma/scammer and he acted liked he didn't know who I was he said his name was Michelle and I have the wrong number. their have been other unethical things but I can't say anymore. I'm going to keep it short. I Purchased my first care here that I regret every day. I was not able to discuss the price not only that but the vehicle has to this day still been giving me problems since the day i purchased it(6 months ago) have had the car taken in and out to get (fixed) by them but nothing was resolved other then probably removing the codes I don't even think they inspected the car at all other then a simple tune up. On my way home with the car I got a check engine light had the car taken back in many times they didn't even have the car filled up with gas when purchasing or the times I gave dropped off the car and I live 1h away. I had to get the transmission replaced with them due to grinding and not going into gear that still has the same problems to this day i am back and forth with different mechanics to get parts replaced, fixed, and diagnosed. J R Rodriguez and Jordan Dorothy of AXIS Group of cars, BETTERALL auto sales and AUTOSTARS sold me a vehicle which they knew, but did not disclose, had a major mechanical problem (Oil gaskets) which could potentially seize up the engine at 70mph and kill the driver and occupants, not to mention bystanders. I had it taken to another garage for an independent inspection prior to purchasing. They found the oil leaks. JR Rodriguez and Axis auto group (Jordan Dorphy) assured me they were fixed. Nothing to worry about. I did not believe that they had done any more than change the oil plug. I was right. I took the vehicle to Mike White FORD dealership in Couer d'Alene within a week of purchasing to have the rest of the "WE OWE YOU" section fixed. They found the leak HADN'T been fixed and that it was actually a much bigger problem then they (Axis, JR Rodriguez, and Jordan Dorthy) had originally disclosed. This wasn't the only lie, just the most life-threatening one. Does someone have to die before the Greed and Deceit of these slimeballs is called out? read more

Worst communication ever! Had an issue with our deal, they knew we was getting what we needed to get the deal done. They came to my work place took the car back and didn't tell me anything, then had the nerve to remove all my items from the car and throw them in my car I traded in. I bought a 2016 Nissan Frontier from betterall all Auto Sales, from the first day that I bought it when I push on the accelerator it starts to go and then hesitates. I took it back to betteralls and they could not figure out what was wrong. then the engine light came on so I took it back into him and they gave me some excuse that Nissan had to fix it so they made an appointment at Nissan and I took it to Nissan and then Nissan gave me some BS about a software update and all they did I believe is reset the check engine Light. Betterall on the radio says that they stand behind the vehicles they sell but all I'm hearing is excuses now I worked 101/2 hour days and have no way to get my truck back to betteralls and even if I did it's the only vehicle I have to get back and forth to work. Don't buy a car from betteralls all they do is like every other used car dealership they lie to you as long as they can sell you a vehicle then that's the end of it. They even charge me over three grand for a warranty on the truck and still they won't fix it. Edit Betteralls contacted me said they would make it right. They gave me a loner car and picked up my truck, as of now they said they have fixed my truck and I got it back. Hopefully they are correct and are doing me right. I'll see in the coming weeks whether they fixed it. As of now I'm happy that they are doing what's right and are tring to make their customers happy. read more

I gave 1 star because they gave us a great deal on the car. Sadly that was the only positive.They had to order a 3rd row seat for our car which we were lied to time and again over. We were told at least 6 times that our seat would arrive a certain day...when it had never even been ordered! They did not return calls until we had contacted the owner. Our car also had miles put on it from when we signed the paperwork to when we picked it up. I would not refer anyone to this business. They buy damaged cars at auctions. My son unbeknownst to him bought a pick up from them with frame damage obviously from being in a wreck. They gave them a car fax with pages missing. We know this because when he went to trade it in a few days ago the Ford dealer pulled a car fax with ALL the info. They are liars and have no disregard for human life. This truck could have failed at any moment on the interstate or freeway with my son, his wife, and his children inside. They have no conscience. They sold it broken and over priced so my son was upside down it for $12,000. They bought the truck back from Ford the day they traded it and I'm sure will screw over the next person as well. Costumer service is great and just great people. We had purchased a truck some years ago. At that time they gave us a WWII hat for my wife's Grandfather. He has worn that hat quite often and it looks pretty bad. His 95th birthday is coming up so we decided to get him a new hat. My wife went back to purchase a hat for him. I never imagined a car lot treating me so well, I have bought cars at other places and once it's off the lot they are done with you, but not Betterall. They have answered all my crazy questions about my Mustang, they even told me to bring it in if I needed anything and sure enough when I needed a shaft seal replaced they got me right in and fixed it as a courtesy. We purchased a Truck from Better All Auto Sales in Yakima Wa on December 31st of 2011. The truck was a Ford F350 Crew Cab pick up. Upon test driving the truck we had noticed a number of issues with it but were assured by Ralph the Manger, and our Sales man Jessie that they would fix all issues that we saw if we chose to purchase the truck. We were lied to. Once they got the money for the purchase we have not been able to get anything repaired. We have been given a total run around and have been dealing with these issues for over 5 months. We currently own and are paying for a truck that does not even start! Every time we go in to find a way to solve the issue we are only lied to more. We are told that they will repair it but in the end we get stuck with the bill. The truck has been in the shop 6 times in less then 5 months. We have had to pay for repairs, labor, and parts on some of the repairs in order to try and resolve some of the issues. We were told that we would not have to at first and then informed that they would not be covering it and we get stuck with the bill. We have been presenting the same issues for the entire time and were told they would be repaired before we purchased the truck. They are listed below: Trailer breaks do not work, often flashes codes Truck vibrates severely at 40-60 miles per hr. Abs sensor is out The truck hesitates and sputters when speeding up Rear pinion seal leaks Pinion gears and bearings are bad and need replaced Shocks are blown ( we have had this repaired on our own and covered labor) Codes show up on dash board When codes show cruise control and other controls do not work Electrical short in the truck Does not start 50% of the time Truck dies We have asked them to purchase the truck back after the first 3 repairs. They refused and said their only option is to repair it. We asked for them to exchange it with a different vehicle and was even willing to take a loss in order to get us into a vehicle that fit our needs and functioned. But they also were unwilling to do that. Instead they offered to give us less then 1/3 of what we paid for it as a trade in on another vehicle, only if we purchased another truck that was from their lot! But every time they take it in for repair we find out that they do not do the repairs that they state that they do. Such as they stated that they replaced the gears and bearings in the pinion. We then had to pay for labor and parts to do so. When they went out for a second time we found out that they replaced it with used parts that were never checked out nor were they any good. So they went out again. We have not been able to fix the repair that they did. They have refused to give us copies of any repairs to prove what has been done and can never tell us who the truck even went to. Many times we have been told that the vehicle was needing one thing, and then upon calling the service center found out that was not the case and it was something entirely different. Or we have been told that we had to pay for one repair and then never been able to get paper work on the repair. We also have been notified recently that the sales man Jessie, whom helped us purchase the truck has had this happen many times with other clients. Due to his desire to help us and them he has been fired. They informed us when we asked why he was fired that he was unwilling to listen to his supervisor and that he was "unable" to do what he was told. Upon talking to Jessie he states that it was because he caught them cutting corners and having this issue over and over again. We are concerned that this is a major issue and from the information that we were given by the salesman that we are one of many people who this has been done to. We feel that something needs to be done to make sure that this does not keep happening to other people. These people are clearly taking advantage of people and Lying to make a sale! read more

A while ago I decided that I wanted to drive something a little more sporty, so I was looking around at dealers and noticed that this one had a decent amount of muscle cars and sports cars, when I pulled in they came out and greeted me and were very helpful, but they kept leaning toward cars that were a lot more than I told them I was looking for, after a couple hours I finally decided to buy a 2002 Roush Mustang. There were a few problems with it but they said that they would get back with me in a day or two so that they could schedule a detailing and maintenance check. A week passed and I didn't hear anything. After a week I accidentally popped the clutch in my driveway because I didn't realize I was in reverse. After that it idled very poorly and would die after starting the engine unless I revved it for about 20-30 seconds, and that's if you're lucky. It even died while I was in the middle of a turn on one occasion. I brought it back to them and they acted like they were helping me when they said that they would take it and sell me a different mustang, a 2014 V6 for $27k, nearly $10k more than its actually worth, unfortunately I was foolish enough to not do my research prior to coming back. After about 5 or 6 months I was hanging out with a friend and he mentioned that there was a "beautiful Roush Mustang" down the street and it turned out to be the same one I had brought back, he told me that the salesman told him that "some guy bought it but it was too much power and brought it back so we gave him something more tame". Which told me that they are very deceitful and only care about making the sale. Not to mention their secretaries were extremely rude when I came in to receive my license plates. I would highly recommend you don't come to this dealer unless you've done your research and you're willing to hurt some feelings to get the sale that you want. read more

Bad experience after a year of payments on our first crossover we returned to get another one, But this time was different, At first we got the loan, Went home ( it was closed time ) returned the following day and we picked up a ford edge ( beautiful inside and out ) we wait for a while for the financial papers to be done nothing was finish so we went home, The following day we went back and they found out my fiancé had some credit issue, So I told them to take her out the contract and leave my name only, We went home again waiting for they to call us after couple of days we came back , They did removed her name but for some reason they ask me to find an co-signer which was difficult for me because I'm new in town, Nevertheless they finally found an car perfect for us Subaru Tribeca, They told me to take it home and just return Monday only to sign the papers ( It was Friday afternoon when that happen ) THREE WEEKS later ( keep in mind we called the sales man more then 4 times asking when the papers are gonna be ready for me to sign ) we received a phone call from the manager telling me that I need to return the car because for some reason someone screw up the papers adding my fiancé name on it even they knew her situation and either I need to give 1500 down payment plus my Honda as trade in ( the deal was car only as trade in for 2000 ) or I could choose something less expensive, I return and give back the Subaru they didn't have anything at that moment so I went home AGAIN, Few days later phone call came and they told me there's two cars I should look and choose one so I went back and to my surprise they were old and dents everywhere, So I told them I don't like any of then, I felt they treat me as ( I could be wrong ) second class citizen meaning they didn't value my business, They told me they gonna call me when they found something more likable, UNTIL THIS DAY TWO MONTHS LATER I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM THEM, Bad way to do business. read more
