Went here for the first time, this place is decent for a simple car wash. we got the premier wash that fits our needs. The car wash had some water left from the drying process. Wax was a bit on the tires but easily to wipe. They do have their own towels and glass cleaners if you need it. If you go at night, their vacuum area does lit up pretty well. read more

5/5 on the customer service. Went in today on Easter surprised to see they were open. There was no line. We got the Premier car wash. We did not see any debris left on our car. Our car was much due for a car wash so it was perfect! We had all the vacuums to ourselves. It was great to see vacuums on both sides of the car, beats having to move the vacuum to the other side. Prices are good valve for a simple carwash. I purchased the best wash, and after I was done all the vacuums were taken so I had to skip that. After getting to my destination, I looked over the car. I still had bird poop on my car and parts were still dirty looking... Maybe I just need to wash more frequently. My tires and rim were the best though. Very shiny. It was a quick line. I usually go to The Better Car Wash, but had a freebie, so l decided to give Go Car Wash a try. The freebie was for their best wash, so I was expecting it to be really good, but I was disappointed. Despite a pre wash spray down by the staff, the wash didn't do a very good job, definitely not as good as The Better Car Wash. The windshield still had bug splotches, the tire shine didn't seem to do much, wheels were still dirty, tires dull (still had to use my tire shine) and the vehicle in general still had water droplets and some dirty spots on it. The dryer apparently doesn't work too well. Once you are in the cleaning bay they have a good vacuum. There's a mat wash, but nothing for rubber mats. Better car wash has more mat cleaners that you can run carpet or small rubber mats through, and they have an area to hand spray and scrub bigger mats. Better also has a station for cleaning your shammies, and if Go has one, I never saw it. Better also has some inside car cleaning dispensers to use with your own towels, and all I saw here was a cart with some towels and window cleaner. All in all I was disappointed, esp considering I had an almost $30 wash. This wash felt more like a $10 wash. For the same or less price, you can get the best wash at Better Car Wash with a 5 day clean guarantee, better amenities like mat washes, more cleaning supplies etc and a car that is sparkling clean and dry straight out of the wash with little detailing needed. read more

It's usually amazing bit for some reason missing passenger side dryer. So if you don't have time to use 5 towels to dryer passenger side, I'd avoid until fixed. Otherwise been a member for years before it switched over and always enjoyed that location. read more

Passing through and decided on a wash as it had rained and well I like to drive a clean car. The best part at this place is Angelica at the booth. She is a ray of sunshine with a beautiful demeanor about herself. So jovial and friendly. The kind of employee one wishes to have. Give this one a raise! The wash had all its elementso working which isn't always the case at Carwashes these days. This place reminds me of my favorite Classic Car Wash in the Bay Area minus the waiting area and trinket store. A definite goto if ever in the area. read more

My biggest irritation is that the prewash staff only power house one side of the car, unless it is the weekend when they have two people on duty. Have been using this location since the place was built. On 3rd ownership group now. Like any drive thru wash, your car/truck is not going to look great of it has weeks of dead dried bugs on the front end & windshield. Or if it hasn't been washed in weeks, this place nor any place will give you the quality hand wash a person is looking for. For maintenance washing, this is where I go. Love the fact they provide damp towels for drying. Helps to prevent swirl marks in my black paint that dry towels create when wiping near dry surfaces. Love the vacuums. Always work and have great suction. Facility is always in great working order. Very convenient to where I live too. Recommended and I'm pretty picky. read more

It didn't clean my car that good bad service and bad dryers it left so much water on my car

We have the membership and go regularly. Today was one of the "less than satisfied" visits. A Sunday at noon, long line (as to be expected), only one guy spraying the pre-wash ... he was on the driver's side and I think we got 3-4 swipes on the side panel & nothing on the front or rear windshield! And to top it off ... no clothes were available to wipe down our car!! This is one of the benefits of this specific car wash and we use the clothes every time! Just hope they are not ending this perk!! Hope our next trip is a better experience. read more

I had my car washed on Friday 4/30 with the $16 wash. When I returned home I checked the vehicle and there were several places where the car was dirty. Also the tire shine was very inconsistent on the tires. On Monday 5/3 I called and talked the manager. To inform him of the issues I had with the wash. He questioned why I waited so long to call and got very nasty with me. Great way to treat customers. read more
