Perhaps I missed it in the past: the carwash DOES have at least one under-chassis sprayer (a fan-shaped spray) for the "belly blast." This is a good thing to help remove salt and grime from the bottom of your car, where it could otherwise stay undisturbed and cause corrosion. (It was difficult for me to see it in action though under other cars.) I do wish the dryer were a little longer and it's still a bit of a hassle but it works. I've used the vacuums and they are OK but I wish they had longer hoses and the heavy aluminum nozzles feel like a danger to your doors and sills. Still I'm glad I can use the car wash vacuums to get rid of the leaves and dirt and debris on the floor/carpet/floor mats of my car. read more

I cam here due to all the reviews being so positive. I signed up for the monthly car wash and I love it! My favorite aspect of this Car wash is the service. GUY IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I researched this to figure out where to go I saw back to back comments about this "GUY GUY GUY". I got there for the first got there here comes this gentlemen that was so friendly and helpful I asked if his name was Guy and it was! I went through the car wash today just to rinse off the car. I hate driving on the ramp it makes me anxious. I could not figure out neutral I know that sounds crazy but I got all discombobulated! Been going there for years but the last couple of times I had no soap in brush told person working there they could not fix it! Next time would not take my credit card tried different card would not work tried different bay still would not work told lady working there she tried my card and would not work she told me to buy tokens! I went to another car wash and washed my car with credit card and was much cheaper so I will be going there from now on!! read more

I got my car washed about two months ago in their new brush car wash. I was happy to see a low basic wash price and thought I would give it a go. Everything went well until near the end of the wash. At this point there were sever LOUD hits against my roof and then it happened on the trunk lid. When I looked at the car there were several long scratches in last half of my roof and a couple on my trunk. I was upset, but decided to just let it go and not return. Now my sorry, ignorant and trusting self decided that after so many weeks had passed the problem must have been addressed and fixed at Olympic Car Wash, so today (6/13/2017) at 11:55 am I decided to have another go. Again, all went well until near the end and then there was another LOUD impact on the rear of my roof. When I got out I looked at the roof and again there are new scratches. I am pretty upset about this happening again and am considering calling my attorney to get these scratches repaired. I definitely cannot recommend this to anyone. I am sorry that I went here in the first place and embarrassed to say that I gave it a second chance. read more

Please do not waste your money. I went through the Brush less Car wash and paid $8.00 for the Deluxe Car Wash with Rain Ex. The Wash took less then 3 minutes and I do believe my truck was dirtier after the wash then before....... I will never go there again! read more

Driving through from out of town. Purchased the 16 dollar car wash. Then moved over to the vacuum area when done. They provided a token for this. Started vacuuming and didn't realize the system was on a timer. I then asked the attendant for another token as I didn't know it was on a timer. He said sorry no. I then went inside and spoke with the blonde haired women who is the manager. She said oh sorry can't help. The bays are nice (4 stars) but the machines are a bit lacking (1star). Just moved here and needed a good wash after all the salt and roam grime from the storms and getting our cars transported here. I have a classic rig and I'm very particular about it. I was trying to get one of the windows up and the service guy yelled at me for "holding everyone up." The brush wash got most of my stuff off but not a "great job." I still had to pay another 5 bucks after the $15 for the "premium." My wife did the touch less one and it probably did a better job but not "great." If you're looking for a light job or a quick "in between" wash it's not bad. We just came from Nashville and they have the same set up. They however, have the attendants hit up the normal trouble spots with a brush that solves the leftover spot issue and also they made sure things were safe for your car. Probably a better use of attendants then just yelling at customers and pointing me to drive in the direction of a one way track... hahaha So if you like to take care of your car and don't want to drive up the road, buy the cheapest month pass and just go through a couple times back to back. If you manage this place and are reading this, Not telling you how to run your business but I'd like to have a better experience since y'all are so close to base. The attendants you have could have made this a 5 star experience if they would just do a light once over and maybe learned a little courtesy with a mild tone went a long way... read more

The reviews below me must be old (Before the remodeling) because after they've redone everything I now always drive farther just to go here! The vacuums actually clean unlike some vacuums at a lot of car washes and the automatic deluxe wash made my car spotless ! I usually have to go After washing and hand clean it but I was surprised that it left no dirt or water spots! This is my new favorite car wash. 10/10 read more

I give it a 4 because I tried the automatic car wash & left with soap still on my car, but I'm not much of an automatic car wash person. I've never had a positive automatic car wash experience, so.. On a more positive note I go there to use the hand washing area to clean my car and I must say the sprayers do get the burned on bugs off my car. Some car washes I have been to the water pressure is horrible when it comes to the hand washing portion of the car wash, but not here. Also, there is the option of drying your car in the dryer, which is an awesome option. I love being able to dry my car off after I wash it. You can either use quarters or tokens. It has 2 types of dries to choose from. This car wash is pretty nice! read more

It's just like any other automatic car wash. The vacuums aren't free, so that's a bummer.

They are always checking to see if the wash is done correctly, and if I have any complaints. My wife also takes her car there. We are both monthly members and are satisfied with the results. If there was a - star I would have chosen that. We paid for the brushless car wash to get some bugs removed from the front of the vehicle, it worked for the soft cloth, but we thought we would try the brushless. Needless to say it did not work, my husband got out of the car to see if he could run it back thru the soft cloth because the brushless did not work at all, btw no drying included either, you pay extra for that. Total rip off! Once my husband was out of the car, a man came out, then 2 more to tell him too bad, pay for another car wash. ABSOLUTE horrible customer service and the car wash itself wasn't that great either. read more

I have been a member since August of last year. Over the course of the year, I have noticed small scratches, and a ruined rear wiper from their touch car wash. Yesterday I went through again, and when I got home I realized that one of the brushes took an inch long gouge out of the paint in my door, right down to the metal. Over two days I called seven times, and I left two messages with no call back. I went their in person to cancel my membership and speak to them about it and received garbage customer service with a flat out denial that their "felt" brushed could have caused the damage. If you value your vehicle, do not use this car wash. They will not take care of you, or any damage cause by their services. I will also be reporting this to the BBB. read more

I have used this business twice. Both times I have gotten great service! A couple of days ago we had a windstorm that splattered crabapple type fruit all over my car. So I went to the car wash to get the car cleaned. A young man came out, and helped me with the computer. Another man directed me where to go. I didn't realize how stuck on this fruit was. After the carwash, most of it was still on my car. I drove over to the men who worked there, to show them the car. The young man, who helped me with the computer, directed me to a do it yourself stall. Then, at no additional cost to me, he cleaned all the fruit off my car. This was not an easy task. He offered to let me go through the carwash again, when he was finished. But he had already went above and beyond, so I just took my clean car home. Thank you so much to that young man, who worked so hard to make sure my car was clean!! read more

I bought the unlimited wash for $32 a month and no had issues for the 4 months that I used their services. However after I went to the carwash and terminated my services because I was leaving the state they continue to charge me. I have called to fix the issue but they are not very helpful. I only recommend that if you terminate your services get a copy of the termination. read more

I don't recommend your company because I came to your establishment on June 10th 2019 to get my car washed. I decided to use the automatic system so I didn't have to get sweaty, wet, or dirtier than I already am. I paid $15 for the deluxe car wash, after going through the carwash I noticed that my car was still dirty in certain spots. I brought this to your attendants attention and he said if it's bugs you need to spray off your car with the power wash first then go through the car wash. Your attendant then called the owner, at which point the owner told the attendant to give me another wash. the second wash wasn't any better and I still had certain areas on my vehicle that were not clean such as; both side mirrors, the roof, and the both bumpers. I ask you this question; What is the point of having an automatic car wash that offers certain features to clean your vehicle, and then doesn't deliver on that service? read more
