After the wash, I stopped briefly at the vacuuming station, but noticed there were separate detailing stations available. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely consider a membership.

Sure, I could do the wash myself, but when time is an issue and I'm going to get the same result, I will pay for the convenience factor. I signed up for one of the unlimited monthly wash plans ($40-ish) and I have absolutely gotten my money's worth out of that contract. I just pull up to the gate, the system recognizes my license plate and pulls up my options, and I drive right over to the entryway. The whole process takes maybe one minute from entry to exit. If I want extras, such as a hand detail, then I am given an option to tag that on to my overall order. The vacuums are free, they are easy to pull into, and there's always one open. You can always add a hand-detail option for $25-ish and I'd bet you would be very pleased with the level of detailed service that is provided! I know that some people can be finicky about who touches their car, but I feel pretty safe that my sweet ride gets treated carefully and mindfully each and every time. No fuss, no muss, and everyone is always friendly. Maybe a monthly subscription isn't in your range, but it's a deal if you are going weekly or more (like me) and gets my full seal of recommendation. Either way, Charlie's treats you right and delivers excellent service and value.

A manager whom I had previously worked with about seven years earlier explained that spray bottles could not be taken outside due to company policy, but that towels were permitted. I followed those instructions by taking only two towels outside and returning them immediately afterward. During the interaction, the manager repeatedly asked where I currently work and mentioned that we had worked together years ago. In my perception and personal opinion, those questions did not seem related to the policy being discussed and made me feel uncomfortable. Based on my personal perception and prior experiences, I left the interaction feeling uneasy and concerned about why my current employment was being discussed. I cannot speak to the manager's intentions, but the repeated questioning made me uncomfortable enough that I decided to share my experience. I hope management encourages interactions that stay focused on the service being provided so customers do not leave feeling similarly uncomfortable.

I placed it on one of the lobby chairs, and when I went to grab it, bugs started coming out of nowhere. When I looked closer, I realized all of the chairs were infested with bugs. It was honestly shocking and unacceptable for a place that serves customers in a waiting area. Because of this, I had to throw away about $70 worth of food I had just purchased, which was incredibly frustrating. Cleanliness--especially in customer seating areas--should be a basic standard. I've been a loyal customer, but this experience really changed my perception. The facility, especially the lobby seating, needs immediate attention. Please replace or thoroughly clean those chairs and address the bug issue. Very disappointed.

I've had a Club 66 membership since last August, and while the unlimited plan does save me money…read morebecause I wash my car at least twice a week, the overall experience is frustrating. The lines are consistently long, especially the member or fast pass line. I don't feel like the "fast pass" is actually any faster. In fact, I regularly watch cars in the single-wash line get through quicker. I end up waiting 10-15 minutes just to reach the entrance, which is honestly ridiculous for a membership lane. Another major issue is how closely they space the cars once you get onto the belt. One visit, the car behind me rolled forward and rear-ended me, which pushed me into the car in front of me. The car wash claimed no fault. If the cars weren't placed so close together, this probably wouldn't have happened. It just doesn't feel safe. They also power wash every car coming in, which slows the line down even more. The wash itself is fine and comparable to other car washes but the process and flow is slow. I've used other Club 66 locations around the city and they move much faster. Unfortunately, this particular location always seems to take the longest and feels the least organized.

They have hot water for washing and rinsing, which is a huge place in the winter time. The price for what you get seems to be fair with self service. I went on a Thursday night and the facility was in quite disrepair. Two of the bays were closed had cones blocking them. The automatic wash was closed as well. There were four or five employees running around doing something or other. There were a couple guys sitting on stools doing nothing. I worked at a car wash. We didn't have stools. When things were broken, we fixed them instead of sitting around. Maybe things are different now. The potential for a really great experience here, but I didn't have one. I forgot to take pictures of this place but it looked pretty similar to the other location except it was not really on a hill and was located on a flat area. I parked in a stall, swiped my credit card, and selected whichever mode to wash my car. I actually wanted to rinse off the salt from my car so I wasn't there to make sure every dirty part of my car was cleaned. Instead, I sprayed RainX, soap, and water to clean up my car. They even had an option for wax, but I didn't do that. I was there for at least 10 minutes and it was under $9 which was fine with me. I will probably come back to rinse off my car in the future.
