When we had things situated. And then the Cuadro that he's supposedly a specialist on , I got screwed big time I got screwed big time and now there's nothing I can do. He told us to put the pension in he didn't give us any more information about it but he said he had to be in pay status before he could do a QDRO, which I found out after the fact that's not true he's just really screwed us over bad. I'm sure if you don't have any questions. Because these guys their legal advice that they do indeed give you is not based on the law. But they try to assure you they can do everything. I'm 61. I found Robert and his team through Yelp and I can not recommend them enough. At first I was under the impression that my ex was amiable to an uncontested divorce. As the paperwork came through, Robert assured us that everything was going as planned and these things take time. This is of course due to the court's waiting periods to file paperwork. Robert turned in all paperwork and informed us when things were being done and showing us the process is moving along. Unfortunately a failure on my ex's part to understand this led to her to become more hostile towards Robert and his team. Robert was in his rights to cancel our mediation agreement. However, he stuck it out and we were able to finish the divorce. Robert always responded to communications within 24 hours but usually same day via phone or email and was even able to assist in the negotiation of the divorce settlement so both parties were able to walk away content (given the circumstances). Again, there may be one particular yelp review that is quite hostile towards Robert and his team. In any divorce there will always be emotions involved and sometimes the mediator, who takes no sides, can become the target. 99% of the reviews for the Go Divorce Clinic are overwhelming positive. Robert did an amazing job getting us through the maze of divorce. I wish we found him at the beginning of the process. We were amicable but became lost in the legal requirements. A lawyer was hired to help us but they quickly turned a peaceful situation hostile. Upon realizing this, the lawyer was fired and we found Robert. He made sure we were both happy with the arrangements and a couple months later everything was complete. If at all possible save yourself the stress and expense of hiring a lawyer. Their job is to fight and they don't understand that a lot of divorces don't require a fight. Do yourself a huge favor, skip the lawyers and hire Robert. read more

Robert is rude, disrespectful, condescending, and manipulative. If you don't do it his way, even if the couple agrees on their terms, he'll void the contract and keep the $3,000 you paid him.
