Saying that professional rules prevent you from discussing details is convenient, but it does not explain why your firm failed to appear at my scheduled court hearing, leaving me dangerously close to having a default judgment entered against me. Only after I found another attorney were we able to appear at the last possible moment and protect my case. I was never given a refund only an apology after my case had nearly been seriously compromised.That was not merely a "bad experience," and it certainly was not the "amazing experience" your response advertises. It was a serious professional failure involving a client's legal rights and future. I have no interest in calling your office for a private conversation years later. You had every opportunity to communicate with me properly when I was your client and when it actually mattered.
