Customer Complaint:…read more I visted this location on 4-1-24 while on vacation. I received the worst service from the Cashier Megan. She incorrect cash out scratch off tickets and didnt look at the totals before clearing her screen. She sent us to another store knowing that the would not be able to redeem the tickets. Upon returning to explain to Megan that the other store was not able to cash out my ticket cause that had already been cashed out. I asked for a manager. She informed me that she was the only person working. I asked if she could call her manager on the phone. She began yelling at me because i requested a manager. She then made the call to the manager who then told her to give me $10 for my inconvenience. I dis let me Megan know that she had no right to yell at me for a mistake thats she made. This situation could have been handle with out yelling at the customer at no point in time did i yell at her. Fortunately there was another customer in the store that told me a I could redeem my tickets by mailing them in. The is the worst experience I had in Southport. This employee needs to receive some kind of corrective action and be retrained on how to Inactive with customers with problems arise.

I had ID and didn't mind showing it, however, unbeknownst to me, my license had expired... I had other ID and am obviously not under 30, but that wasn't good enough. So my friend tried to buy them and again she refused stating it was a 3rd party sale...??? Are you kidding me? I really thought she was kidding, but she wasn't. We tried to present our argument regarding age, but she just smirked and went about her business. I can't get over the pettiness and rudeness. So instead we went to Doodles and had no problems. My vehicle lost control and ended up in a ditch. The accident did not cause any major damage but…read moredue to the location of vehicle it required a tow truck. Intercostal Towing was called and got there relatively quick. The towing of the vehicles was a success and it didn't appear there were additional damage. When I went to recover my personal belongings I noticed I was missing a significant amount of money from my purse and glove box. When I confronted the front desk I was told "it was an accident things could have shifted". (Every bit of my personal belongings maintained in place) The owner was called and said he was with the driver, but I recalled only one person (Lee) was present. The front desk also said that they would check the cameras to see if the vehicle was tampered with while it was in the lot, but I have yet to receive a phone call (going on 2 days). I would not trust the tow truck driver s that they have, considering the money was buried deep in my purse and the only way to get to it is to physically search and take it. The fact that all of personal belonging stayed in my car, makes me believe that whoever had access to the vehicle was the one who rummaged through the vehicle and searching for valuable belonging. I would not use or trust this towing company.
