Checked out their website, then gave them a call about cleaning up my Mac before my vacation. I put it off to the last minute and wasn't sure they could help. Luckily, they could help me, and the rush fee was $100. I love that fact they picked up the phone and it wasn't some dead doornail employee who could care less about my computer issue. Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall. He quoted me end of the week, but it was ready sooner, so happy about because it would be ready for vacation. Total came out to about $430 with the rush fee. It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working. The customer service is outstanding and they bend over backwards to take care of you. I went in looking to build a home NAS and we decided on an older Dell Power Edge tower machine. We loaded it up with additional ram, hard drives, and an ssd boot drive. They tested and fought with it to get make sure everything was detected in the bios (the whole process took about 1.5 hours) and I went home with my new to me machine. Unfortunately when I got home and tried installing Truenas Core it kept hanging up during the install process (I even tried using Unraid and still no luck). The next day I gave them a call and was told to bring it back in. I got there a little after 4pm (they close at 5pm) and we proceeded to look for another machine that would fit my needs. After trying out a few options we ended up putting together a custom setup out of the parts they had in stock. They stayed open 40 minutes late to make sure I was taken care of and even gave me a discount on the upgrades.
