If you're looking to get help with your computer for whatever reason, look no further. I would say that I am pretty good with computers, but this was the first time I had no idea what was wrong with my machine; it was getting unbearably sluggish, and I couldn't even detect any viruses on my softwares. I wanted to make sure I found an absolute expert; I knew I needed to avoid BestBuy or any other of the more commercial options that overcharge or misdiagnose. I searched several options before settling on Nemesis Computer Repair. Damien is super flexible and let me drop off my laptop late in the evening when all other options were already closed. From the first few minutes of talking to him, I knew he was the real deal. I went to a top 10 university with several friends who were computer science majors, but this guy is probably THE most knowledgeable with computers I've ever seen. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issues quickly and I was able to pick up my laptop the very next day (he actually fixed it up within several hours of my dropping it off). He not only fixed up my computer to work like new (which was already mind blowing enough for me), he also made sure I had all the right updates, and installed several useful programs that would have cost me 100's of dollars (government softwares, antiviruses, microsoft office, etc.). He took the time to teach me how to use all the new goodies on my laptop, made sure I knew how to avoid problems in the future, and was overall super helpful with answering any questions that I had. I tipped him well because I almost felt like I was robbing him for how cheap his services were. Unlike other places that try to sap every penny out of you, this guy is zero bull****. I've never had so much positive things to say about a business in my life. Chris is really knowledgeable and was able to fix my gaming laptop. My laptop's Hard drive failed so he gave me the best options and recommended a few places where I could buy a new hard drive.
