$18 was is 2nd most expensive and doesn't come with a dry. And 20% of the back window of the Hyundai Tucson is still dirty. The spray down and scrub by the guys at the front of the tunnel thorough. For the $$ I expect better- windows ought to all be clean even with the least expensive option. The vacs are free but have almost no suction. I used 4 before finding one that could suck up the leaves and gunk on the floor. I do not suck up trash. So the vacs are either full, clogged with trash or not powerful in the first place. read more

Excellent service. My car came in Uber dirty after taking it up to the cabin. Fortunately for me this place had free top of the line vacuums at now extra charge. The vacuums were able to remove dirt stains that I thought would never come out. Not only that but the car wash got the car nice and clean for a fair price. I would use these guys again read more

If you go at the right time, there is little to no wait. At least, I've been there twice, and there wasn't for me. Bravo to the fact that the vacuums are free with the wash. My car was so bad inside I vacuumed for over an hour! I cannot imagine how much that would have cost me at other car washes. The self pay kiosk is easy and quick, just roll up, follow the directions of the employees guiding you in and sit back and enjoy the show. The neon lighted soap was the best part. As far as prices, I feel they are comparable to other self-serve washes. Actually, it may be better since vacuuming is included! read more

If I could give negative stars for this car wash, I would. I went there this afternoon, paid for my wash and waited in line behind 5 other cars. The line was not moving and it seemed like something was going on in the car wash itself (workers going in and out). Then all of a sudden, the cars in front of me pulled out of the line into the parking lot. Some of us waited not having a clue as to what was going on. There was no communication whatsoever. Eventually, I pulled into the lot and after numerous attempts found a worker and asked what was up. He said the wash not working & that I could get a refund or a voucher to come back. I and another lady had to track the manager down to get the refund. NONE of the workers would acknowledge any of us they would walk away or pretend not to hear notice us. The lack of customer service and communication was astounding. NOTE TO THE OWNER - Have a plan when this happens. A worker should have addressed each one of us in line and told us what was going on and to go to the office, and issued the refund. COMMUNICATE. I should not have had to spend 30 minutes chasing my refund down. WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

I go here 2x a week I have the monthly package and my car is always clean. I have coworkers that ask me how I keep it so clean. The guys that work there are super nice and have always been helpful when something had gone wrong with the monthly payment system. Even comped a months worth of washes bc the system over charged me. A complete waste of money. We recently got back from a trip from the mountains and the car was heavily soiled with bugs and grime. To be clear, it wasnt like we were driving off road and the car had extra dirt and grime on it. Nevertheless half the windshield was covered with bug residue and needed a car wash. Purchased the Basic Express wash because I didnt need any of the extra waxes and polishes. Went through the wash and half the bug residue is still on the windshield. Very disappointed. read more

Nearly $400 of DAMAGE to our Vehicle. We brought our SUV here for a wash in December. A couple days after the wash while getting gas, we noticed the metal door that covers the gas cap was missing. My husband called the carwash to ask if they had our missing door. Sure enough, they had it. We drove to the car wash to pick it up. The associate on staff told us if it was a costly repair to come back and he would help us get the issue addressed with management as it was obvious the damage occurred at the car wash. The cost of the repair came to $370.50. I approached the car wash with a copy of the receipt for the repair, and the manager told me he really didn't know how to handle the situation - not the response I was expecting, but nonetheless I continued to pursue the issue. The manager had informed me that when a vehicle is damaged during a wash, an employee is supposed to generate a report of the incident. At that time security cameras are reviewed to view the vehicle before and after the wash and determine if damage occurred during the wash. This information is necessary for an insurance claim to be filed. My husband and I were never informed of this process when we came back to retrieve our gas door from the car wash, so I was really hoping the car wash would offer to do something to address the situation as this was not our fault. After much back and forth with the manager, I was informed by the manager that he didn't believe the incident was the fault of the car wash... he offered to reimburse us for the cost of our wash, which was around $10 as compensation for the $370.50 of damage done to our vehicle. We would have been satisfied if the car wash had even offered to meet us half way on the cost of the repair. Needless to say, we will not be bringing our vehicles here any longer. read more

Super disappointed! I love the concept and going through was fun; however, having taken two cars that did not get clean I won't be back. The person that greeted me was very nice, but it was expensive for a lackluster job. I'm glad to read that some have done well, but I would not recommend it for anyone who has more than surface dirt. read more
