He explained how he couldn't really fix the scratches because the thin coating on my paint was too thin. I understood because I personally haven't taken the time to take care of my car all these years. He was able to apply wax though. The car looked so shiny and clean. The interior really felt close to being brand new! We didn't have plans to go out that day but we couldn't resist the urge to go out in our "brand new" car and drove to Old City. She called to let them know what was happening and they asked her to drop it off that night and they'd take a look first thing in the morning. I recently tried to contact them to schedule an appointment and use the gift card. I emailed. No response. I called... Calls go straight to voice mail. Left a call back number, but no response. Wait a few days and call again No response. Call again. No response. Requested a refund. No response. Clearly, this guy 'Javon' is a fraud and will not honor the gift card.
