I am extremely disappointed. They don't or are unable to communicate in English. If you plan to use this business, go prepared to wait a really long time to get inside. They are unorganized and dirty. They can't handle large quantities. You will need to have your items sorted and know what you have. They do not have sufficient equipment to handle this task. Some items he counts others he weights. No matter how the item is label he tells you it's not a recycle item. The miss label the recipes they call large plastic bottles "scrap metal" It would be nice if he posted some information so the customer can decide if they are going to do business with him before it's too late! They yell at you because you have not sorted it the way they want, even when it's one of their staff that gave you instructions. Your recycling will be dragged to the back mixed with what they already have taken in and nothing is disclosed for the customers to see, like the total weight the scale says. Go at your own risk. This place is a madhouse the owner of this place is very rude he yells at people, he's ripping off people he is not letting anybody what he's weighing, he's making his own pricing it is crazy I was there yesterday took me over two hours to get my recycle the way he is dealing with people it's not people he thinks he is a lead and we are slaves under him listen to him yelling and shouting and plus he is stealing from people on the recycle because he do what he wants with the price what he wants and he doesn't let anybody see what he's doing you don't know if you are getting the right money or not it's a rip off it's disgusting, somebody from the city of Tracy should go and check what the owner is doing. read more

This place is a joke. We understand its busy due to the virus, long lines. But the owner is okay with people cutting in line, while others have to wait in their cars that goes all the way down the street. 1.5 hour wait next in line, no budging. You can come in on your bike or walk all of your recycling in to cut everyone off. Super rude, they literally don't care. Ended up giving our recycling away to someone else in line. Its really not worth going here at all. You will be here all day and still not be able to do your recycling. read more

I never go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and very kind. You may have to wait for bins when they get busy, but they have always given me a great deal. It's best if you rinse and sort before coming. read more

This was my first time coming here but I will definitely be back. Everyone who works here is very friendly, they weigh everything in front of you and answer any questions you have. Who closes an hour before your closing time? I waited in line for an hour only to be turned away as the next car? That's unacceptable!

Rude people that wouldn't take our recycling! They said they close at 345p. We called and made it here at 340p and they turned us away because they had too many customers. read more

I come here for recycling. I feel very green when I come here and my son gets money when he comes with me doing all the chores here. You have to separate bottles and cans etc which can be a bit work but you will get worth money$! read more

I go to this location all the time. They are friendly and very effectient. They explain to me why certain items go in what bin. I bring in all my household recyclables except paper products, unless i have a large amount of cardboard they will take it as long as it is cut up and tied. You arnt paid for it but at least you got rid of it. I would recomend you try them. read more

This is the second time we went to go green on the corner of holly and Grantline. The first time he cheated my teenage son on the price per pound. I refused to go back until today. Went back with number one copper he told my son it was dirty ( not the case). My son argued he said o yes it is number one he'll give $1.00 a pound. Needless to say I will never go back there again. I took my copper with me and go somewhere they don't lie to children. read more

Their prices aren't competitive. We brought in over 80 lbs copper this morning and they offered $39.06, which didn't seem right at all, so we went over to Manteca Recycling Center and received $82.15. It seems this is the only place in Tracy that's open weekends, it's totally worth checking other locations. It pays to shop around! read more

Its been back open for several weeks and still long long wait. Been in line since 9:40am and finally next to the entrance at 11:35. They have gotten the system down Much better and more organized. Before the coronavirus they were efficient and friendly. read more

This place deserves no stars, the guy with a hat and eye glasses was very rude, no patients and does not communicate well. He told me to seperate three kinds of plastic. In my experience no recycling place have told me to seperate plastic, aint that ur job since u run a business..Never going back here again and one more thing they cheat you out on the pay. Had over 8 black 45 gallon bags full of plastic bottles in which in the past i got an easily 100$ and over. The ount i got was not even close to it, take my word and go elsewhere. 0 stars. They rob you on recycling, literally the lowest I've ever been paid. they're printer went down while we were there, had to wait twenty minutes before being paid. They ran two other peoples recyc through while struggling with the printer. we asked what the deal was, some young punk told us if we didn't like it to go somewhere else, no problem. when they got the printer working again there was confusion over who's recyc was whose. when they were still weigh mine they took out several glass bottles that were refundable recycling, and literally robbed me on that. Not to mention they're actually breaking the law by not checking i.d.'s or getting thumb prints when they're supposed too. they solicit yelp reviews, so here's one for you. read more

They are the absolute worst place to go to. They false advertise if you leave a review on yelp you will get $1.70 on Aluminum Cans on your next visit. They failed to specify you need a certain amount of cans for it to be eligible. They barely give you anything for your recyclables. If you like getting disrespected, lied to and not getting a decent amount of money for your recyclables than this is the perfect place for you. I encourage everyone to look elsewhere they do not deserve your business, they deserve to be shutdown. read more
