Express Drive-Thru Cleaners has been a headache because when they say they are open, you are told the "girl" is not here. Due to the extreme inconvenience, I had to end my business relationship with them today. On multiple occasions, I have made accommodations by returning home and then returning to check if the "girl" was present to check in my dry cleaning. However, I got angry after doing this often because it has a big impact on my other tasks and plans for the day. Up until this issue arose, I had appreciated their service. A bit bummed that this place hasn't worked out for us, the last place we used to go went under *sigh* So, prices here are middle of the road. Most certainly not the cheapest place we have gone but not too steep either. We have been taking my husbands shirts here to be dry cleaned for about 6 months. Most recently we have noticed lack of crease in the sleeves so we specifically requested the shirts he pressed and lightly starched this time. We were met with the response "We don't do that here." Sorry... what? So we go back one more time, out of convenience... but noticed that the color of his shirts are fading... and brought that up this last time. They told us they LAUNDER the clothes. I went through the Drive Thru and the girl that helped me was rude and didn't bother wearing a mask. She took her time to even get to me, but seemed to hurry me when I was trying to tell her what items I needed cleaned. When I picked up my items they had hair on them, which made me think that it wasn't even cleaned in the first place. Also I had multiple strings hanging out from all of my garments too. My experience was weird and I never had my clothes coming out of a cleaners looking so bad. read more

Been using this dry cleaner for several years and have had the occasional issue of them breaking buttons but recently they have burnt a dress shirt and now have ripped an expensive dress shirt. I will not be using them ever again nor recommend anyone else use them. Drive to Manteca or Livermore for a quality dry cleaner. read more

Stopped by this location last Saturday, dropped off our stuff. 8 shirts to wash/press, 1 jacket dry cleaned, 1 bed spread dry cleaned, $47 total. Insanely great deal for all of that. Came back yesterday to pick up the items, they were all pressed, cleaned and I'm a happy camper. They also have a dry thru for those not willing to walk 10 feet, Merica! I decided to give Express Cleaners another go. I was able to drop my Clothes off (they are only open 9-4 currently) and they only use the Drive through due to the Quarantine. I dropped off my clothing and there was none of the hostility or rudeness I have experienced before. The People who took my clothing and returned it were if not pleasant, still professional, and honestly that is all I wanted. They did a decent job on my clothing and the price was right. Stay away from this place. I took my drapes in to be cleaned. The drapes were custom fabric and had a blackout lining. I asked multiple times if they had experience cleaning blackout curtains and if they would be able to clean mine? The answer each time was yes. They asked me to sign a paper, a form letter, that said my curtain was brought in damaged. I crossed out all language referring to any current damage. My curtains were dirty, not damaged at all. I stressed using only cold water. She agreed. I asked again if it was going to be a problem. The lady answered no. This is just in case something were to happen. Something happened alright. I got my curtains back. They were ruined. Tre blackout liner was 4" shorter and the curtains shrunk 61/2"! The blackout fabric hangs lower than the curtains. The worst part was the blackout liner was shredded and cracked. And, to make matters worse, they were handed back to me wrinkled. You bring your items to a cleaner to get professional results. Instead, I now have to replace my very expensive curtain. And they refuse to do one thing about it. Apparently, they must be used to handing customers destroyed items without a hint of ethics. We've been coming here for quite a while, almost 2 years now. Most everything always turns out well. Pretty standard cleaners. I love the fact that its drive thru, for those days I'm on the run with the kiddos and cant bear to get out and drop off/pick up with kids in tow after a laundry list of other errands I'm running. So far, we've had two issues with garments going missing, otherwise, usually good, fast service. The first time, we had 2 pairs of Hugo Boss slacks go missing for about a week. They could not find them because someone had accidentally closed out the check. This last time, a Lacoste jacket and pair of Seven jeans were also missing. They again were found but it concerns me when things go missing... twice. Either way, I think we'll still take our things to get pressed here. Terrible customer service. I dropped off my wedding dress and veil to be cleaned and preserved in a box and was told it would be ready by Tuesday. I am now here Tuesday night and the dress is nowhere to be found. The cashier working called Maricela (the woman I brought my dress to) and she simply said she forgot to do the dress or that she thought it was going to be picked up another day. There was no offer of at least a discount, or even an apology from the girl working at the front desk. Do not trust this place with your precious items, or anything really! Don't go there for wedding dress preservation! I called them to ask if they did wedding dress preservation and was told "yes". I then went in person and asked them if I could see their box used for preservation, which looked similar to the ones I had seen from David's bridal online with the clear oval opening in front. They also told me they would use a cardboard to mold the upper part of the dress. I leave my dress to get cleaned first and they ask me if I want to store anything else inside the box once the dress is cleaned, I told them I did want to bring back my crown and rhinestone belt. I went back 2 times and unfortunately the lady who was going to "package" my dress was not working at the times I had stoped by (but I didn't leave my crown or belt as they themselves said my items could be misplaced if I left them there). The third time I went back to give Maricela my crown and belt, one of the girls told me that my dress had already been put in the box but not sealed and that I could leave my items for Maricela. I go back for the 4th time and Maricela shows me my dress in the box (I thought she was going to layout the dress but she puts the crown in the box and begins to shove tissue paper over the dress. I told her "isn't the dress going to be displayed in front of the box?" She said "no, the dress is ready to be sealed. The dress was not even nicely laid out, it was lumpy and messy (see photo). That's when I told her not to seal it, that I would fix it myself and seal it at home, her attitude and response was very careless (yeah, because I had already paid them). I went home and tried to fix it (see photo). If I would have known this was their way of doing wedding dress "preservation" I would have not gone there and instead would've made a 30 minute drive to my nearest David's Bridal store!!! read more

My only disappointment is that they used safety pins to hang my very expensive strapless dress, and just threw the fabric waist sash/belt around the neck if the hanger, with no concern for it bunching up (the cleaners I used in Livermore hung the belts from a cardboard attachment that kept them flat, and used plastic clips for any strapless items - and for less $ when you pre-paid for cleaning). read more
