Yes, the staff are nice and helpful, but there is a chance that you will have rats and roaches crawling all over your things! I had to throw away all of my Christmas decorations and tree. I can't even donate them to a thrift store because the rat droppings were everywhere. Plan accordingly if this is the closest and cheapest option. Always double check for droppings and chew marks. Management has not been helpful so far. read more

If you are looking for a place in town for storage, definitely give this place a shot! The storage unit was clean and the staff were very helpful with any questions we had. My only gripe would be security. I am not sure how well it is monitored but I dont see it being an issue. read more

For seven years, the staff at Tracy Self Storage, exceeded my expectations of customer service! They are Professional, Courteous and Kind!! They helped me with any concerns I had, most especially coordinating a trailer to be dropped off, so I could transport my items. They provide excellent safety and security measures fir the facility. Wonderful service! Excellent office staff and friendly grounds keeper. We reserved the wrong size unit and when we arrived the staff helped us determine the best size for all of our stuff and got us our unit. During the unload the groundskeeper came by to ask if we needed anything and offered us his dolly! They really gave us a great experience, definitely recommend!! read more

Bonnie in the office is a pleasure to work with from opening storage to closing.. unfortunately I just don't need the unit anymore. I never write reviews but this has been bugging me for awhile. I went to rent a storage space- I've rented here a few years ago and everything was great. This place sure has gone downhill. The office stinks, the lady behind the desk is no longer the lady who use to be there, and she was rude. My son needed to use the restroom but it was so dirty we left and went to the grocery store. I would never put my belongings here again after what I saw. There are plenty of other storage places in tracy. read more
