I have been taking my recycling to go green for many years now. When they went under new management the whole place totally changed in a positive way. They were more friendlier and definitely more accurate with the payment amount that I was supposed to receive compared to in the past when I felt that I would get less than what I was supposed to get. They always have a smile and are very friendly and do a great job. Also, their hours have improved and they're on point with opening and closing the gate. When it's supposed to be now, I no longer rush down here just to find out that they closed early. Because they are shutting the gate when they're actually supposed to, which saves me a lot of frustration so overall I would say I am very happy with the changes they made under the new management and should keep up the great work. read more

Let me start by saying I've been a regular at Go Green for the past 7 years (if not more). Being a customer of this establishment for so long has allowed me to see Go Green function at is worst and now at its best. For example, in the past Go Green has had to deal with shady leadership practices to extremely lazy or high employees. I would give them a 3 out of 5 stars at best. But these days that has all changed. The facility has been cleaned up and the bad elements have been cleared out. The place looks great, the employees are helpful, efficient, and seem to naturally predict and resolve customer complaints and/or equipment problems. The Go Green I see now is functioning like a well oiled machine. That's why I have no problems giving the new GO Green a 5 OUT 5 STAR REVIEW. read more

The two guys that work here are extremely helpful. This place accepts ALL kinds of items in addition to the typical cans, glass, and plastics. They are very reliable and open 7 days a week. They are very knowledgeable as well. I've seen people complain about certain items not being on the CRV program, but a simple Google search will reveal NOT ALL GLASS is part of the CRV program. It is their job to know this information, so it is safe to take their word for it. This place continues to give me the highest prices in Turlock, so I no longer have to call around comparing prices all day. I've taken my recycling here for a couple years now. The premises are kept very clean, parking is convenient and location is great ~ I can drop recycling and do my shopping, all on the same street. The employees are always helpful, friendly, fast and honest. I'm usually surprised at the amount of cash I receive, so I know they weigh accurately and coupons are nice for additional price per pound. We have liked our experience with Go Green recycling. Their process is simple enough and consistent that my 8, 6, and 4 year old are able to do it. They are kind and helpful and always engaging with my children. They make an effort to be organized and clean. They provide places for garbage and buckets for bottles that still have liquid in them. And there is a place to rinse off sticky hands. We would recommend this center. read more

Go Green is the only recycle I frequent and it's not cause I live close (which helps) The reason it's the only one I go to is because of the staff, especially the man manning the scales Barry he is very knowledgeable with the prices and categorizing of the returns. The service has always been good. The place is clean and parking is OK. I was there today and a man brought in a lot of glass but had it mixed, the owner went though it all and separated it all for the man. The owner was very friendly and didn't complain about doing the extra work that he did. I have seen him at other times help people unload their cars. read more
