My incredibly irritating problem is specifically with the insurance coordinator, Cecilia (Cecile?). I have been a patient In that office for over 23 years. She consistently waits until the 11th hour to get approval for a procedure the next day. This is unacceptable, on every level! This causes extra stress for the patient, who already worrying about a surgical procedure! And what about the times she makes mistakes? The last two surgical procedures that I had scheduled, she not only was late, but then messed up paperwork, as well! To add insult to injury, last month, she wasn't even working the day when my case needed immediate action! Supposedly, nobody else in the office could figure out how to do her job?!? Does anybody actually know? My one surgeon's office says they have never encountered somebody who outwardly demonstrates complete and total disregard about patients' welfare. Furthermore, certain doctor's offices say that it's the NORM when trying to get anything approved through Cecilia. If this has happened to me no less than 3 to 4 times, it begs the question, how many hundreds of mistakes is she making per year? I hate to leave this bad review because I do enjoy the office and the doctors, but maybe it'll FINALLY spur the office manager into action. Having surgical procedures is stressful enough without having to worry about the insurance nuances. Thank God my surgeon has a competent and patient staff to do THEIR best to get it taken care of under the wire (read: Do Cecilia's job). In what world is this ok? I've complained a few times in office, buy I have yet to see any changes. I really wish the office manager would find out why she is incapable of doing her job in an efficient and timely manner, or hire somebody that can. It's one thing if a person makes a mistake but a complete other if they're not willing to learn how to do their job properly.

He listened carefully, asked what I needed, and acted quickly. I have a rare disorder, and after living with it for 17 years, it's unfortunately uncommon to find a doctor who both understands and follows through. Dr. Feliciano did exactly that--he listened, respected my input, and responded promptly with care. After a very difficult hospital experience over the weekend, this visit was a complete contrast. Every single person I interacted with was kind, respectful, and treated me like a human being--not just another patient. I left feeling heard, supported, and with clear answers. I also now know which specialist to follow up with for some new symptoms, which gave me a sense of direction and relief. I'm very grateful for the level of care and compassion I received here.

He just poked his head in the room and said every thing is good and left. No listening to my heart or lungs which have been congested and wheezing. I had to come here as Social Security assigned him to me to do my Disability evaluation. From the…read moremoment I walked in the door the staff was hostile and rude and ableist openly making fun of me. Dr. Mark refused to wear a mask and actually slammed the door on my walker! He also had his receptionist slam the receptionist window in my face because I asked them to wear a respirator in an ongoing airborne pandemic. The receptionists also threatened to call the police on me because I asked for a letter saying he was refusing to do the examination for disability and refusing accessible accommodations. This is the only time I have ever reported a medical healthcare worker to the Florida Dept of Health as well as the AMA. This is not a doctor that should be allowed to practice and should never be assigned to vulnerable immune compromised patients from the social security disability office. I was thankfully assigned a different doctor for my evaluation who did mask with their staff and was the exact opposite of this office. I would say run away but if you are disabled then get out of there as soon as you are physically able to do so. Never ever go here. If I could give a negative review I would of below zero I would.
