I don't think I've ever been to a nicer urgent care. From the moment you walk in, it's clear this office goes above and beyond to make everyone feel cared for. The office is beautiful and immaculate. The waiting room is spacious with a handful of stunning aquariums, including a large built-in aquarium that divides the room into two seating areas. There is a small kitchen area with bottled water kept cold in a mini fridge, a Keurig with K-Cups, and a few tables where you can sit and enjoy your coffee. It's those little extras that set this place apart. The medical care is excellent. The medical team is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. The reception staff is welcoming, organized and very friendly. Being open seven days a week is convenient, and it's reassuring to know this level of care is available if you need it. Hopefully you will never need an urgent care, but if you do, I highly recommend this one. They are on Military, just North of Atlantic Ave, in the same plaza as Batteries Plus. read more

I came here yesterday because of a nagging cough. From beginning to end, the care and service was excellent. The facility was very clean, the person at the front desk was attentive, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. The same description applied to all the employees who saw me. Jennifer, the APN who saw me, suggested a chest x-ray, done in-house. Quick, efficient, and I had a copy of the radiation consultation within 15 minutes of the x-ray. I happened to meet Dr. Musoff, the owner as I exited the exam room and we had a very pleasant 5 minute conversation. I was in and out within about 2 hours. In an era of VC controlled mega-practices, this was a wonderful alternative. read more

This was my second visit to express docs, and while everything went smoothly while I was there, when I went to my pharmacy to pick up my prescription they told me that the medication the doctor prescribed me had a major interaction with another medication I'm currently taking that could lead to a brain bleed. I'm very fortunate and thankful that my pharmacist caught it since the doctor did not take the time to recognize and screen for potential interactions. Will not be going there again. read more

Located on Military near Atlantic, Express Docs is a full service urgent care offering a wide array of services, including Covid testing, X-rays, physicals, blood work etc. I stopped in the other day for treatment. There was minimal wait time to see the doctor. I'd say about 10 minutes from the time I entered until someone was taking my vitals. My provider was Dr. Shaw and she great. She addressed all of my concerns and I left feeling confident in her diagnosis. I also felt that the rest of the staff did nice work. The X-ray tech was great, the intake nurse was great. Heck, even the staff at the desk was great. Very nice work all around! Overall, I give Express Docs 5 stars. I prefer to see my own doctor of course, but Express Docs was a very capable substitute today. read more

The efficiency, lovely professional staff was the best I have encountered in years. If anyone has a medical issue, needs pre-op clearance, as I did, this is the place to go. Pulling in I was disgusted to see a handful or more of staff wearing scrubs standing infront of the building (in the grass) smoking! I asked the front desk if they worked here and she said yes! She Didn't seem bothered... then they came in behind me as I stood at the desk, with a cloud behind them of smoke. I requested they do not work with me. Surprised the staff doesn't seem to care & this is the first impression they are giving patients- unhealthy habits in-front a health clinic. However Clinic appeared clean & pretty. I had a really slip on some water on a hard tile floor yesterday morning and landed hard on my tail bone. The pain was excruciating but I drove myself to Express Docs and they took X-rays and luckily didn't break anything! They shot me up with Tramadol and steroids and I'm surprised that I feel fine today and was able to keep my volunteer commitment today. I've been going to Express Docs for many years- luckily not very often - but every one who works there is great! Unless it's serious enough that you need the ER this is the place to go for urgent care! read more

Once again, Dr. Robert Hong comes to the rescue. I truly need an animated drawing of him with a superhero cape, because he deserves it. Dr. Hong is probably one of the best urgent care practitioners I have experienced in the United States. His acumen is current and acute. He is both competent and proficient in family medicine, and his bedside manner is outstanding. While the visit was unexpected, I would choose none other than ExpressDocs Urgent Care in Delray Beach. This was my first time here. The lobby/waiting area was very clean and large. The receptionist was very kind, and there wasn't that much paperwork to be filled out. I waited maybe 10-15 minutes, and the nurse took me in. All of the employees are very kind and helpful. She took my vitals, and 5 minutes later Dr. Hong came in. When I go to urgent cares, I feel like they hesitate to give anything, but this was not the case here, and he made sure to cover everything. Very nice doctor, and he made sure to explain everything regarding my ear infection and my sore throat. He gave the prescription within a few minutes. I am not from Florida, but if I ever need to go to an urgent care here in the future, I will definitely be coming back here. I also came on Memorial Day and they were open, so very reliable place!! My wife had a "Minor Health Ailment" recently and based upon these positive Yelp reviews - we opted to visit this Urgent Care recently for treatment. Wow! - The facility is essentially a miniature / high-tech / modern Emergency Department. The waiting room is gigantic and truly spectacular and ensures patient comfort. Nothing I have ever seen before in my career! Reception staff is extremely pleasant, helpful, compassionate and efficient. Office Manager - Ms. Maria Taylor ensured that our visit went extremely smoothly and quick. The facility was immaculate and appeared brand new. Examination rooms were clean and modern - unlike the typical Urgent Cares that we are familiar with back home in New York. Staff appeared energetic and upbeat! Most important, our Physician - Dr. Musoff was genuinely concerned about my wife's health and went above and beyond to go the extra mile to ensure her comfort on so many levels. Medications actually arrived at the correct pharmacy and we received a follow up call from Dr. Musoff's team. This had to have been one of the most positive visits we have ever experienced in a medical facility. I can't begin to explain how nice it to visit an Urgent Care and not feel like you are on a factory conveyor belt; this is the case for most Urgent Care facilities that we have visited in the past. Went here with my husband because it got great reviews. Worst walk in clinic there is. My husband was having explosive diarrhea fever headache and felt weak. The PA student was the only One we saw until the very end when another woman,maybe dr , stood in the doorway while the student told us what to do. I am a former RN so know a bit. The PA student listened to my husbands belly and said she head hyperactive bowel movements. This is not the medical term but is called Bowel SOUNDS. She also referenced something else that was inaccurate. They never took a stool sample and Now here we are at the er with a positive yersenia and campylobacter in the stool. Had they done the specimen close to a week ago he would be much better by now instead of being on an antibiotic that does not work for this. When someone shows up with diarrhea, it would make sense to get a stool specimen. Terrible incompetence! Do not go here. read more

This is the best urgent care in the area. They were wonderful. I was sick and they took good care of me. It was clean and the doctor was respectful and kind. They gave me the test I needed and a urine culture. Do not go anywhere else in the area. The other walk-in clinics are dirty and the staff is terrible. I am so grateful they are in my area. The receptionist was a bit like a dog going after a bone - but I suppose that is how people treat each other in South Florida. Required stitches at 7:50 pm after being turned away by 2 other urgent care centers as they close at 8pm. Very friendly and caring staff that stayed until almost 9pm without making me feel rushed. Same for follow up visits for stitch removal. Required recent PCR covid test and again, minimal wait and results were back within 48 hours. My go to from now on if needed!! read more

I've been here a few times since my first review. More convenient than trying to get attention and an appointment with my primary doc. Always professional and helpful. One particular time stands out. After several days of sickness I went there and, after reviewing my symptoms they told me to go to a hospital ER I did and ended up admitted and needing complex surgery. Great care. read more

This review is long overdue, especially since I have been going here over the years. I have a great GP, however when there's an urgent medical issue, of course it usually happens on a weekend or a major holiday. From the Front Desk to the nurses & doctors, everyone has been nice, helpful & caring, needing antibiotics to a tetanus shot. The large fish tanks in the waiting room are a calming distraction. From the beginning front office staff were very professional.Waited 20 minutes for the nurse to take me in and take my vitals. Ten minute later Dr Hong came in and examined me prescribed some antibiotics. I found him very pleasant and thorough. I will use them again. read more

I was recently here this week and had a so-so experience. I was first seen by a female PA, then Dr. Hong. After expressing my symptoms, they came to the conclusion that I had a cold basically and wouldn't treat me with any medication. I was extremely congested, and said that multiple times. It didn't feel like a cold. Although I had done a rapid COVID test, I agreed to do a PCR, which was negative. After leaving with no meds and having to travel the next day, I started to get worse and had to call and push them to prescribe an antibiotic. Eventually they agreed. I wanted them to send it to my pharmacy in NJ, but apparently the Doctor couldn't write over state lines. This is odd, beings that it was only antibiotics. They also were not able to email me a copy of my PCR results, which I thought was odd. Most places have an online portal these days. Flash forward a few days, I returned home to NJ and had to visit my ENT doctor, because I was getting worse. Sure enough I had an extremely bad sinus infection that is now in my chest. If they would've helped me sooner, i probably wouldn't have bronchitis and my sinus infection could've been cleared. read more

I had to open it, I was getting claustrophobic after 10 min. The girl insists it has to stay closed due to HIPPA...NO ONE WAS THERE. IT WAS EMPTY. RUDE, inexperienced ppl. A joke. I've been here 5-6 times, ranging from PCR COVID tests, medical clearance for surgery, urgent care for acute infection/sickness, and have had the best experience every single time. For an urgent care, the waiting is always very minimal, everyone is so friendly, helpful and thorough. Honestly, I have a better experience here than I do seeing a primary care or specialist, which is just so rare in my experience for an urgent care. Cannot recommend them enough. read more

The staff are Welcoming and friendly!!! The PA's are all so efficient and most importantly they don't make you wait long. Even if there is an issue they keep the lines of communication open.
