When we arrived at the desk they told us the car we reserved was having low pressure on one tire…read moreand they were fixing it, one hour later the car arrived and i asked if it was safe to drive and and not a puncture, and they assure me it was fine to drive. we drove 500 miles on the highway and parked the car at my parents . the next time we wanted the drive the car the tire was completely flat and we call hertz assistance to fix the puncture and patch the tire. when returning the car i complained that they let us drive with a broken tire ( and no spare in the car! ) . they told me everything is good. One week later i received a bill for the repair on the wheel. Letting us to drive at high speed with a punctured tire and no spare is a very dangerous thing to do , on top of that charging us for the repair afterwards is outrageous!

Customer service are very welcoming and helpful. I returned the car at Budapest airport and everything was clear, easy and fast. When I returned the car I told the customer service that everything was fine except that the car was dirty from the outside, I received an apology email afterwards from customer service and they deducted the price of 2 days from my receipt, I was shocked on how serious these guys are in achieving customer satisfaction. Price was very good compared to other rental companies. Will definitely rent with sixt in the future. Thank you

We walked through an inspection of the car before and after the rental with an employee. Scratches were noted on a rental agreement before our rental and upon the return, the employee said it was good. Three weeks later, we got an email that AI "picked up something" in the same area as the noted scratches upon our return. We have asked for photos (other than grainy AI images), a dated AI scan for the day we picked it up, but we have had no response other than we owe them money. Since we picked up the car at a different location than Orly, I don't believe they have a before AI image and they are trying to scam us. This is disappointing, because Sixt was recommended to us, but we will no longer be using their services.

He was so confident that he kindly asked me to give him a high 5-star rating in the post-call customer satisfaction survey. I did. And what happened two days later? Total betrayal. They sent an email completely contradicting his verbal promise, claiming they "didn't notice" it was a Pack Light reservation and are now pretending they need the hostile Terminal 1 manager's permission to give my money back. They manipulated me into giving them a good survey rating based on a lie, while holding over 512 EUR of my money. Will Europcar corporate fix Ahmed and the manager's mess.... Tune in next week.

Rented a car from Europcar for four days at CDG terminal 1. I did the quick check in online before…read morearriving to get the vehicle, but on arrival still had to wait 40 minutes to get the car. The guy at the desk said he was going to look after us with a 7 seater then tried to add on €90 I said no thanks then he tried to say €60. When he finally came back and I went to get the car it was dirty, food in the doors, receipts, cloths tags, the car was not washed or cleaned inside. The car seat they gave was 0-15months but I booked a 4 to 7 years. I checked the car for damage and took as many pictures as I could but with children needing to use the toilet we had to rush to get going. When I returned I met a worker to inspect the car. He walked around and said all was ok he hardly even looked at the body work and alloys. Then all of a sudden he went to the pasangers side and found a small scuff on the alloy that was definitely not done by me. He was saying it was new damage, it was so obvious what he was doing the way he just zoomed in on that all of a sudden out of nowhere. I refused to sign the documents. There was a an argument then and we left. I wouldn't be surprised now to see money taken from my credit card in the next few days. ​I won't be using Europcar CDG again.

I hadn't planned properly for traffic and was able to shift my arrival time back online and they picked up the car in another downtown Paris spot (be sure to do so far enough ahead of time, I did it 2 hrs before per their instructions). No conventional rental car process, happy customer!

It's confusing to find Hertz because it is not where the…read moreother agencies are that the train station directs you to- if you follow the signs for rental cars within the station it takes you to Avis and some other agencies but you are literally on the opposite side of the station from Hertz. Hertz is in the Centre Gamma- Google maps will show you basically where. It is one story up from street level. Took us a long time to find the office. No one from Hertz would answer their phone when I called for directions. Once finally there-getting the car was OK. The office will direct you to the 4th or 5th level underground to retrieve your car. People there are somewhat friendly but don't do a good job of helping you that much. Our car was good and worked out well. Now, I would give zero stars for Hertz's expectations of returning the car. You must return it full of gas but the gas station directly by Hertz which they list first (Esso Express) will not accept any foreign credit cards so you will be SOL and have to either return the car without filling it up and pay like €100+ to Hertz or find the other gas station nearby that is hard to find and a bit of a confusing drive. Was pretty stressful. The other station they recommend Total Bercy at 238 Rue de la Charenton worked out fine but was like 15 mins away and a difficult Paris drive for someone not experienced with the city. So all in all the car was good. Now that I worked out all the kinks I would be better prepared for a future rental from this location.
