Sam Calvert was rude, condescending, aggressive, and completely unprofessional for months. I finally fired him after he sent threatening text messages to me for 2 hours from 9:44-11:47 on a Saturday night furious that I was unavailable to see a home on his schedule. He made inappropriate demands for access to my financial information several times. In the text messages he told me I was "bullshit", a "liar", inferred I was unable to afford the home, and said I was a bad daughter. Along with the termination agreement and explanation as to why I was firing him I also sent screen shots of all the 29 aggressive text messages to his broker Mr. Nicolaysen who took a few days to respond. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I also viewed that house the same day/time as the buyer who ended up with the house. My Realtor tried to contact Mr Wilson by phone to let him know she was bringing an offer but he wouldn't return her calls. My offer to purchase that house was almost IDENTICAL to the one the Seller accepted with one big difference...my offer was substantially higher than the offer Mr Wilson presented. The Seller NEVER new about our BETTER offer since Mr Wilson chose in his zeal to make the quick sale NEVER bothered to call our Realtor back. Oh he finally contacted her the next day to let her know it was already pending and gave his lame excuses as to why he didn't return her call. I get it. The housing market is hot. Most houses sell quickly and offers can be plentiful. In this case I wasn't even get the opportunity submit my offer the same day. It is my opinion that Mr Wilson DID NOT represent his Sellers best interests because he didn't bother to see if the other offer was better...which it was...by $20+k. I would never list a property with a person or company who apparently lacks the integrity to do his best for the clients he's supposed to be representing. I'm sure the Sellers would not be happy if they knew all the details.
