Listed shop number was to some travel company. I was able to reach them by the listed fax number and received a telephone call back to confirm that order had been received and would ship soon. They had what I wanted and nice suits. ( like most places ) Unfortunately the service was bad and unreliable. They gave me a deadline of when the suit will be ready and did not meet the dedline, due to this I did not make it ready for my event and had to buy another suit else where. Also, the people working there would not answer my calls, lied about the store closing early so I wouldn't call or show up, told me I would get a call back NEVER did. I never received one call from them or an update, couldn't fine my order. When I showed up they literally bought cacky pants at a store and just got a whatever tux. They tried charging me 140 for just the coat RIDICULOUS. Horible service and not responsible at all. The manager wasn't even there the assistant kept calling him and he wouldn't pick up. Gosuit.com was the only place I have found after doing hours of looking online for 2 plum colored suit shirts for children. My daughter is getting married in two weeks and her colors are plum and tangerine. Could not find tangerine so decided to do plum for my grandsons who are giving my daughter away. They are six and three years old. I ordered two weeks ago the payment was processed the very next business day and I received an email with my order number and have the bottom it says your items have been saying. This is the last email I received. I don't have a shipping or tracking number it's been 2 weeks in the shipping on the site said it takes up to 5 business days it has now been 10. I have tried calling the phone numbers and I keep getting every 14 this is the voice mailbox is holding cannot accept any more messages. I found a phone number listed under the shipping section of their website this is to track your order call, I've called that number and it doesn't even go to the gosuit.com website. I ask you a couple of questions then tries to sell you on some bull crap trips or merchandise that has nothing to do with their company. After I declined to be interested in what they were trying to sell me the recording says directory assistance dial and give me a phone number and then disconnects. I've been unable to contact and find out where my order is. I don't have much longer before this wedding. I cannot find shirts for my grandsons in the color my daughter wants except for this site. I guess I'm just going to have to come up with another solution because I don't know what to do. Their phone numbers get me nowhere there is no email address and if the shirts do not show up this week I will be out the money I spent for two shirts and we'll have to find last-minute replacements that won't even be the right color for the wedding. I am very disappointed with this company and I will not be doing business with them ever again read more

This place also operates under the name "Neda Menswear" and I wrote a review for that place, so I figured I would post it here as well: If you are looking to waste an unbelievable amount of time driving downtown only to get the run around and be told to come back another day, look no further, these are your guys! They are the absolute best in the business at time wasting and shyster sales tactics. For my sisters wedding, it only took us 6 times of driving down to the store and standing around for 45 minutes to get our suits! Sure, you may go to another suit shop and pick a suit out and get measured and come pick it up the next week, but who on earth needs that kind of convenience?! These guys offer you the opportunity to drive in traffic to a stand next to a hotdog cart while they assure you that your suits are just being brought over from the "factory", only to learn that what really happened is his tailor burned a hole in the suit and they don't have it any more. 6 visits later and you've got your suit in hand and are on your way. They offer a unique tour through the underhanded lying ways of the downtown fashion district. At Mens Wearhouse you get a suit, but at Neda #1 you get f**ked with 6-ways from Sunday and after you've had enough with the lovely shyster culture of Santee street they will wrap up your suit and even throw in the worlds cheapest belt for free! Seriously, if you don't value your time and want to stress out over something that should be fairly routine, this is the place for you. read more
