This review is based upon the service received with Amy and Gina. I contacted Connie at one of their store locations, but their store didn't have it in stock. I was referred to Amy, who handles the online shopping orders. Amy walked me through the process on a Saturday so that she would be able to handle everything on her end after I placed my online order. Since I needed my own as soon as possible, she was able to make sure that someone would be able to pick up the order on Monday. If I had contacted her earlier during the day, I would have been able to pick up the order on the same day. When the Lalamove driver arrived, Gina sent me pictures of the items that were being picked up, the driver, his license, and his vehicle's license plate. I was happy to receive all the pictures since I purchased Hansgrohe fixtures, which I was fearful of having delivered by a Lalamove motorcycle driver. Amy assured me that I shouldn't have a problem with the Lalamove motorcycle delivery. I haven't opened the boxes yet, but all the boxes looked intact. I am very thankful for Amy and Gina's patience and helpfulness. I now understand why Madrigalejos Construction Services referred me to Kuysen. Well that's pretty much the job of every laundry place, but I especially like Orange because of it's affordability and how the staff goes out if its way to make things easier for me. They do have a pick-up and delivery service (still not unique to them), but they've gone the extra mile a few times in the past by making sure that I get my clothes on time. I once totally forgot to have my laundry delivered, and it was already past Orange's business hours. I had to go out of town early in the morning for a business trip that would last almost a week, and I desperately needed clean clothes. I gave it a shot anyway and phoned Orange Laundry. To make a long story short, they went out of their way to deliver my clothes that night.
