I contacted Connie at one of their store locations, but their store didn't have it in stock. I was referred to Amy, who handles the online shopping orders.
Amy walked me through the process on a Saturday so that she would be able to handle everything on her end after I placed my online order. Since I needed my own as soon as possible, she was able to make sure that someone would be able to pick up the order on Monday. If I had contacted her earlier during the day, I would have been able to pick up the order on the same day.
When the Lalamove driver arrived, Gina sent me pictures of the items that were being picked up, the driver, his license, and his vehicle's license plate. I was happy to receive all the pictures since I purchased Hansgrohe fixtures, which I was fearful of having delivered by a Lalamove motorcycle driver. Amy assured me that I shouldn't have a problem with the Lalamove motorcycle delivery. I haven't opened the boxes yet, but all the boxes looked intact.
I am very thankful for Amy and Gina's patience and helpfulness. I now understand why Madrigalejos Construction Services referred me to Kuysen. I'll also be referring people to Kuysen, especially their online shopping prices. read more
