My favorite classes are the Yin class on Sundays and the vin yin classes, which are currently Monday and Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings. The vin part is a vinyasa flow that can be somewhat challenging, but always modified to your skill level, and the yin is holding stretches for long periods of time and is very restorative. The space is so beautiful and they run infrared heaters during the cooler month which is especially nice when it's really cold outside. I had never committed to a yoga membership until I started at Shanti and hope they stay around for a very long time!
