As I am not a member, I was able to score a temporary 3wk pass, which is cool. The center is a magnet for older people, but you will find a meathead or two in there as well. Nonetheless, workouts are what you make them, regardless of who's present. The center really appreciate their clientele, as they award members with a "Member of the Month" honor. And for those parents with little people, the center offers childcare services from Monday through Saturday. Awesome! The staff is very down to earth and accommodating. This center is mid-sized with it's own private lot. Here, multiple classes are offered such as yoga, tai-chi, aerobics and much more. There's courts for racquetball and basketball. Weight room, machines and sauna are available, naturally. Very, very clean locker room, showers and restroom. I can tell that the quaint, yet mighty staff care heavily about this space.
