Everything you need to feel great and smash fitness goals all while having a great time . This studio is tucked into the foundry and we all know location is king . Total vibe walking in & I was immediately greeted by Lisa who took excellent care of me during check in , tour , class set up and what to expect . Lisa let me know she was also going to be the instructor. Lisa's experience is immediately recognized as soon as class starts and her cues and modifications are on point ! I must say she's also in GREAT shape and it's always motivating to have a strong instructor. I love the variety of heated and non heated classes , multiple rooms , amenities and strong sense of community here . Each room has its own name and its own vibe . Cycling , Boxing , Fitness, Pilates, battle ropes , barre , Yoga and a brand new recovery room with sauna and cold plunge ! The showers are a huge plus , especially after heated barefoot kettlebell bootcamp . I would absolutely be back ! As a traveler , the only con is this location is not available on the class pass app like other locations in the U.S.

The price is around $115 per month and I started on one of their holiday deals which were super affordable ($1 per month!). It's definitely more affordable than other options in the area. They have a variety of classes like Pilates, HIIT, cycling, boxing. And many of their classes are heated which definitely gives an added challenge. They have good parking and a decent spread of classes at different times. The instructors have all been great, there hasn't been one I don't like. The staff has always been professional and accommodating here. The music during the classes can be pretty loud so that's one thing to be aware of before you come. I'm very happy with my membership and would recommend it to people looking for an affordable, engaging, and motivating exercise membership.

I had been experiencing a lot of low back pain, had a very stressful sales job, and was a few months away from having surgery so I needed something to help me with all of this. Enter Urban Breath Yoga. From my first class, restorative yoga with Erin, I immediately fell in love with this place. It was everything I needed and more. I'm not even exaggerating. My body felt so good that I started balling during class because there was no other way to express my joy. I wanted to talk to her about it afterwards, but I was a mess lol A couple months in and I realized I had no more lower back pain? It just disappeared? I always looked forward to clocking out at 5:30pm so I could rush over and release all my stress during vinyasa, hatha, power, and warm yoga. Then after my surgery I was able to slowly build back up without straining myself with restorative, nidra, and yoga basics. Also a HUGE shoutout to Michelle for being such a doll in helping me when I had to be out for a month, there was no issue in pausing my membership while I recovered and they welcomed me back with open arms. She offers modifications for the advanced or novice participants. Her voice was relaxing and calming and she has a good vocabulary for guiding you through verbally. The space itself was slightly warm before we got started, but it's not a hot yoga studio (as far as I know). If you don't have or forget your equipment (like I did running out of the house this morning), they're fully stocked in the back of the room with mats, blankets, knee pads, blocks, and straps. There's sanitation spray and cloth towels for cleaning borrowed equipment. They also have a small locker room to store your personal items during class. I love this space! I will be back!

There are some welcome changes like full length mirrors, two changing rooms and better sound equipment! Love that most of the former instructors stayed. I basically took classes for the amazing instructors and I glad that they stayed at the studio. They have barre , circuit training, Pilates and yoga classes. I love the the instructors who are very involved and pay attention to their clients and their workouts, including the new owner Kate Ferguson! They have some new client specials going on and I highly recommend that you take advantage of them. I love barre, it is deceptively simple but so fulfilling! My muscles ache for at least 2 days after and I feel so much stronger and accomplished . Circuit training is challenging and rewarding in its own way. I don't do Pilates and yoga as much but I know people who swear by them. Love the community feel of the studio, and how we all got to know each other and help make our workouts more challenging and this place awesome!

The practice space: Thoughtfully appointed with a laid back feel, it's a perfect space to flow. The ceilings are tall, light is abundant, and there's plenty of wall space for an end-of-class legs up the wall savasana. Juicy. Lots of plants and greenery, plus wood and gauzy curtains that lend a very breezy energy. At a glance appears to have space for 15-20 mats (give or take). Logistics: There's one restroom shared by a few wellness businesses in the communal hallway. Entry to the space requires walking up a flight up stairs - there's no elevator that I've been able to find. Parking: Ample street parking - and directly across from Schnucks, so it's perfect to get some weekend or evening grocery shopping done after class. Extras: The community seems to interact with one another and know each others names and faces. Very friendly studio, options galore. Lots of options given and all levels of experience in class.
