Although my yard looks better than…read morebefore, several parts of the agreed‑upon job were not completed, and communication throughout the process was very ridiculous. After paying the deposit, I had to reach out multiple times just to get the work scheduled, which ended up taking nearly two weeks. I was told a five‑person crew would arrive on Monday, so I took the day off work--but no one showed up, and I received no call or texts messages explaining why. My attempts to contact both the crew and the company went unanswered until later that evening after I called them and they finally answered. I was told I would receive an updated time on Tuesday, but that never happened. By Wednesday, after more unanswered calls and texts, I sent them an email explaining my frustration. Only then did someone call and assure me the crew would be there Friday, along with a small piece of turf as a bonus. The turf ended up being only 3' x 5'. On Friday, only two workers arrived. The job felt rushed, and several key parts of what I was told--verbally and through text--would be included were not done. The 3-4 inch excavation I specifically chose this company for never happened. Sprinkler capping was listed in the quote, yet I was told near the end that it was "easy" and left to do it myself for a small deduction off the final cost. I've already spent over eight hours locating and capping sprinklers, all of them buried- some of them up to 4inches- under the dirt that was moved, and I still have more to finish. I also now have to dig out additional dirt because the excavation wasn't completed, and I'm putting in a patio and sod. I reached out again regarding the incomplete work and haven't received a response. Several parts of the project were left unfinished, and the lack of communication made the entire experience extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know. I should have gone with the other company.

Joey has a "can do" attitude and understands that big changes can bring some uncertainty as to what would look best. The grass in my front yard was dead, so I decided to xeriscape it. I am getting older, so mowing has become a struggle since both the front and back yard are huge. I changed my mind a couple of times, and he took it in stride. He understood that this was a big decision. I was pleasantly surprised with the quote for the job as I had looked at others that were more expensive. It was well within my budget, and less expensive than I expected. They got the job done in a timely manner, and his employees were just as friendly, respectful, and professional as Joey is. We moved the boulders around some until I got the look I was looking for, and his guys did it with a smile on their face. I would recommend them, if you are looking for someone to xeriscape your yard. I have had so many positive remarks from my neighbors who say they love it! I even got a suggestion from Miguel (project manager) to add some lights, which I will be looking into. Kudos to Joey and his team for a job well done. Definitely a 10 out of a 10!!

They are also working on a sprinkling system and installing SOD and garden bed with concrete edging. They started this project in late 2022 around Oct/Nov so couldn't quite finish the entire project due to weather but did get the concrete and fence done with very quick turn around. We are excited to continue to work with them this spring (2023) to wrap up our project. I would highly recommend this company!

So my issue was something that when we bought the house mentioned. Inspector said this in his report: Water Lines: Copper/PEX/CPVC - -Water hammering was noted when multiple systems were running at the same time - this is possibly a pressure regulator issue. Pressure drops at systems running with multiple systems running. Recommend further assessment and repair. Basically if both showered were running at the same time no water would come out. Randy came to the rescue! I was able to get my plumbing needs fixed. I will definitely call them again. I will be needing a new water heater (which he and the home inspector both said I would need in the future) and will be calling them to Install. Randy was a great guy he explained everything for me. He gave me a price cut and dry. Which was perfect. I will recommend theses guys for sure. Randy asked if I was happy he would be happy. That was such a great customer service approach.
