Go Auto admitted full liability after their insured hit my parked Tesla but ignored my demand letter, sent unauthorized low settlement links, and stalled my claim. I had to file a Nevada Division of Insurance complaint and sue in Small Claims Court just to get Tesla-certified repairs and diminished value covered. Very poor handling be careful. read more

This really should be 0 stars! On May 26, 2025 my son and I were at home and we heard a loud boom. (Our cars are park) My neighbor come and know on my door saying our cars were hit. We go outside and the owner whose car hit my son car which put a dent in my car. The guy was moving to Florida, and his car was on the back the trailer that pulls the car. His car was not secured properly, his car rolls off backwards and hit my son car. The adjuster called and said for use to go through our insurance to get our cars fix. I asked her why and she's not allowed to say! So as of June 10, 2025 we have to go through our insurance. I guess they are saying wasn't enough evidence. We have plenty of pictures of who fault it was. But guess what we have a recording of them at the scene talking to my son and I. So if someone hits you and the have GoAuto insurance your claim will NOT BE PAID! And to the company you should be ashamed! read more

I would give this company zero stars if I could. It is not deserving of even one star! The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The agents are unprofessional, appear to be uneducated (based on the quality of their written and verbal communications from Keyana Knight), and NEVER return calls. I had to ultimately drop them in the middle of a claim I filled for a no-fault accident that happened in November 2024. My vehicle was a a total loss. I spoke with a Total Loss Adjuster (Janna Taylor) for GoAuto on January 3, 2025, and she said my check was prepared and ready to be issued. It is now March 2025, and I have not heard back from the Adjuster, and do not know the status of the check. PLEASE, EVERYONE READING THIS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

I am an agent who wrote policies with them in Texas. They have been assumed by the state and they are AWFUL. Take it from an agent...do NOT use this carrier. They do not pay claims unless you have an agent that will fight for you and even then, it took a year to get a claim paid. HORRIBLE COMPANY! read more

terrible customer service experience. i was rear ended by their insured. they attempted to settle my claim themselves by sending me a check that wouldn't even cover the cost of my bumper. (With my name spelled wrong) let alone the rest of the car or having said bumper installed, the rental, the time, money, taking off work for medical due to the wreck. they say they are "taking responsibility" but my wreck was 11/1 and its now 1/15 i still have a damaged car and i am still hurt from the wreck 10/10 do NOT recommend. if you ever have to deal with a sarah Beth Tom- shes rude and unprofessional. Attractive pricing if you want hardly any coverage like uninsured or underinsured motorist. Can't really blame them since in TX this is a huge problem with many drivers not having insurance which ultimately hurts drivers such as the innocent US. Wont carry this insurer though when just $40 more I can have all that. Unbelievable paying over $200 in TX for full coverage just because some a holes don't want to follow the laws. In WI where there is ice and so on I only paid $120 for full coverage and that's with rental/tow/and low deductible. I have a spotless driving record and am 46 no way prices should be this high. read more

Beware, do not miss a payment or be late with a payment. They will report you to the state and it will cost you more in fines and penalties with the state. I have never experienced this with any other car insurance in Louisiana. Something shady going on. I missed a payment because of bank issues, and one time I just overlooked my monthly payment and was late. Without warning was reported to the state as not having insurance and fined by the state. before anybody decides to use go auto insurance. you better read the reviews and believe them. i read the reviews and still gave go auto insurance a chance. now i wish i hadn't. i was in a car accident was investigated by the adjuster for go auto. it came back i wasn't at fault. now when it's time to renew my policy. it was a whole different story. and talk about bad attitudes along with the lies. i'm trying to reach corporate. im getting a lot of run around. i hate i didn't believe yhe bad ratings and views.!!!! how could scammers get away with playing with people life snd hard working money. they mess with clients trust. god sits high and look low. they will be out of buisness soon. because they scammed too many clients. shame on you go auto insurance. i bet they don't care about reviews. because i never read a review that they reached out to a client to solve the problem. why? because they just don't care. good luck future policy holder read more
